YamunaBody Rolling Save Your Knees DVD

I was a normal, active person until hitting 50 and then it all seemed to fall apart. Yamuna balls have been a big part of my salvation. Yamuna is a genius and this system can work for therapy as well as keeping you in good working order in the first place. I spent a lot of money on massage therapy, but this was more effective. I think it is because you take an active role instead of just passively letting someone else work on you. I can only heartily recommend everything Yamuna. I've seen other reviews that criticize the DVDs as being uninteresting workout routines, but personally I like that you can do the DVD a few times, then do the routines on your own because they're not that complicated. Forget foam rollers and cheap balls for self massage - this is the way to go. Worth every penny.

I am a Yamuna devotee, have travelled to NYC to have a private session with her, own all the videos, have two sets of balls, have had sessions with a private instructor, but think this is her best video.Except for kneeling on the silver/red ball, this entire video is based on using the small, black balls, and it is a challenge (all the way down the IT band with these balls is rough), but for those of us with old running injuries and knee issues, it hits all the spots. It is an hour long, although after going through the whole workout a few times, as she suggests, you can select particular parts as you need.

This is an in-depth combination of great exercises to improve and save your knees. Yamuna does an wonderful, excellent job

This only came with the DVD and not the ball? So I returned it not worth the cost when you don't have what is needed to do the exercise.
