air purifier system - Combination of three innovative technologies, Photocatalytic Oxidation (PCO), Needlepoint Ionization, and Scalable Purification

Just got it recently and set it up per instructions. It seems to be working and taking the odors out of the house. I have 2 dogs that love to shed, eat and play in the water. Not necessarily in any specific order!

An $800 lesson! I had the one from Eco Quest the prior company and it lasted 10 years! This only lasted about 4 years! Salesman said it would last 10 years. They say it’s the motherboard and that’s another $200- $300, and then they try to get you to buy a new improved version for $500 & basically acknowledge they’ve worked out the problems with the the last unit! Consider the warranty when you invest this much!!!!

Our allergy symptoms were relieved by this air purifier. It works well! We like it very much! I bought another one for our daughter.

We purchased a Triad Aer 2 at a state fair in 2014. It worked great for 5 years. We travel frequently and would come home to a very musty smelling house until we purchased the Triad. It is very quiet and the ozone generation function works well enough that you'll want to heed the instructions and leave the house while running.Then the PCO light went out. We expected to have to replace the PCO cell and the only thing that surprised us was that the original one lasted as long as it did. We ordered a new PCO cell, installed it, and no change: no light and the control panel said "Replace PCO Cell." Unlike some of the 1 star reviews, we received excellent customer service. We were told that there was. a problem with the main control board and were given the option of repair or purchasing a new one at a discount. But both options are still very pricey and I would have hoped that it would have lasted longer than 5 years without another substantial investment.We are still deciding whether to repair, replace with another Triad or replace with a different model.

Bought this exact model at a home improvement show. Ours worked fantastic for 2 years and then quit working. I did some research and ordered a new plate and light. Still did not work. Must be the circuit board. Might as well buy a new one. If you do not save the original box and receipt, you are screwed. An expensive lesson.

Got one of these a few years ago. It worked great for all that time, UNTIL IT DIDNT. Then nothing from the company. They wont talk to you, they wont email you, they barely let me order parts. Now I have a $800 paperweight.Read info carefully. If you don't have original packaging and original receipt, they wont do anything for you. They wont work on it, warrantee it, or anything. Looking for another air cleaner, this one was a waste of money.

Spells like a rain storm every day

Just after our 1 year mark, the fan control stopped working.The company would only sell us a new machine at a discount ($750).No option for repair or to even buy a new board to fix the fan issue. I tested the fan and it was not the actual fan, but the speed control integrated into the main board. I was able to fix the fan myself by hard wiring it, and letting it run all the time at the same speed. Now I am on year 3 and the PCU (the light that kills bacteria and pathogens) has gone out and the main display is flickering. Don't know how much longer it will last. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product or the company. I would buy a PCU because I do like product concept, but would it be a waste of money when the machine fails all together? I will look for alternatives to Triad Aer. Burn me once, shame on you. I will not be a repeat buyer.
