Absolutely beautiful and smooth OLED, but also OLED.
This monitor is absolutely beautiful and runs so smooth, I love the deep blacks and the amazing contrast it has. And the 21:9 is amazing for movie watching, gaming and all around desktop use. And even when right next to my side monitors which are 155hz VA panels you can very easily tell the difference and see just how much better this is. However beware that this is still an OLED screen and will burn in if you let it. I watch a lot of YouTube videos and often fall asleep with them on and as most videos are 16:9 there is black borders on the edges and I can see lines where the videos content is playing at the fake edges of the YouTube player. It's faint and I only see it when the screen is dark and one color but it is still there, even with the built in burn in protection enabled. However I would consider this my fault, not the screens, since even my VA side monitors show some burn in so it looks like it's just part of life and you'd have to actively put effort in to prevent it. Other than that this is a great monitor that's got easy to use software and is nice and big for everyday task for me!

The Best Monitor I've Owned
I absolutely love this monitor! The colors are rich and vibrant, and the deep blacks make everything look stunning. The ultrawide curved screen is incredibly immersive, whether I’m gaming, watching movies, or working. It’s super smooth and responsive, with no lag or ghosting. Setup was easy, and the build quality feels premium.

Blacks So Black, My Cursor Needs a Headlamp! (Stunning QD-OLED)
I ascended to the glory of QD-OLED thanks to some fortunate sibling synergy – built my brother a PC, he paid me extra, I gifted him my old monitor, and boom, upgrade time! Best. Justification. Ever.First impressions firing this MSI MPG 341CQPX up in a dark room? Absolute wow factor. The blacks are so black, they blend seamlessly into the bezel and quite possibly the 4th dimension. I genuinely couldn't tell where the screen ended. My poor cursor looked like it needed a tiny hard hat and a searchlight just to navigate the void.Coming from another MSI ultrawide (an Artymis 34") whose aggressive 1000R curve made spreadsheets look like funhouse mirrors, I was initially worried this monitor's 1800R curve wouldn't feel immersive enough for gaming. Then I worried it might still be too much for work. Happy to report MSI nailed it – this curve is the Goldilocks zone. It's fantastic for gaming immersion, but doesn't make Windows feel like it's melting. Pro Tip: Do yourself a favor and mount this beauty on a decent monitor arm. Being able to effortlessly pull it closer when I adopt my 'maximum recline' gaming posture is essential. The colors and HDR are where this thing really shines (literally). My old monitor technically had HDR, but seeing Night City in Cyberpunk 2077 on this QD-OLED? It's a revelation. Colors pop, highlights gleam, and shadows are properly dark, not just murky grey. It's ruined all other monitors for me.Now, about that speed... confession time. My 7900 XT is more than capable, but I'm usually that guy cranking eye-candy settings to 'Ultra Nightmare Sparkle Pony' mode in single-player epics. Am I fully utilizing 240Hz? Probably not often. Is it smoother than a greased otter sliding down a glacier? Absolutely. Knowing the speed is there if I ever decide to get serious is comforting, like having a race car for your daily commute. The only potential 'quirk' is the built-in OLED care / burn-in protection reminder that pops up every four hours. Honestly? I've reframed it. It's not an interruption; it's my scheduled "Get up, Tim! Stretch! Eat something! For the love of all that is holy, FEED THE CAT!" reminder. Thanks, MSI, for looking out for my well-being (and my cat's).Bottom Line: This monitor is phenomenal. Stunning picture quality, perfect curve (for me), speed for days, and HDR that actually works. Yes, it's pricey, but if you appreciate visual fidelity and maybe need an automated cat-feeding reminder, it's worth every penny (especially if some of those pennies came from your brother). Highly recommended!

The Best OLED Monitor I’ve Ever Used
This is without a doubt the best OLED Monitor I’ve used so far. Amazing image quality, colors look very accurate on sRGB mode and the HDR Peak 1000 setting is the best I’ve seen from any OLED display. Setup was simple and the display slotted right into my VESA 100x100 monitor arm. To my surprise, the VRR function on this display is almost flawless as well, with flickering only occurring in the loading screens of same games; during gameplay there is no noticeable flicker, even with large frame-rate fluctuations in the games I tested. My only gripe with this monitor is that you need to update the firmware upon receiving it to the latest version to get the HDR Peak 1000 fixes, and the cables you get with the display (HDMI, DisplayPort) are not high quality. Before buying this monitor, please purchase VESA certified DisplayPort/HDMI Cables; I was getting crashes in some games when I hooked up this monitor and switching the DisplayPort cable solved the issue. Otherwise, if you’re in the market for a new OLED, you can’t go wrong here. MSI is leading the game in monitors right now.

Good purchase, get the warranty
Fantastic monitor - I got it recently and it beats my old 27" IPS panel by a mile. Colors are rich, blacks are truly black (no backlight), and the ultrawide screen space not only makes gaming way more immersive but it's also great for productivity. A shame that 1440p 10-bit 240hz requires DSC but it is what it is, and frankly not noticeable to my eyes. The only concern I have is burn in, but that's general to all OLEDs, and that worry is alleviated somewhat by the 3 year warranty covering it (don't forget to register). Can't say about the text quality because I'm not sensitive to it; it looks fine to me
