Well Made and Attractive Kite
The Giant 3D Tadpole Frameless Soft Parafoil Kite is a good-looking kite. I did not find any issues with the stitching and the pattern is cut even. This should hold up well in stronger winds. I could not get it to fly in low wind. With framed kites, we always did a running start to get the kite up. It was harder to do with this kite. This is my first experience with a parafoil kite, so I will keep testing the product in different wind conditions. I thought the packaging was nice, both inner and outer (the outer bag says it’s an octopus kite, though). The one big issue I had with this kite is that there are no instructions. For some people it, may be easier to understand how to use the kite, but for others like younger age groups or beginners, it may be confusing with no instructions included. Overall, it’s a good kite, I just have not got it to perform like the seller’s pictures show.

Love this toy!
Love this kite! My grandson loved playing with this kite. The kit was easy to put together and I love design on this kite. The quality of this kit is better than I was expecting it to be. Highly recommend!

Awesome Kite!
The media could not be loaded. This is a huge kite! About 6 feet head to tail. It comes in a nice little clear bag and then another little nylon pouch. I didn’t even try putting it back in the nylon pouch but found it easy to put back in the clear pouch when we were done with it. I was glad to have it for storage. This kite is great but it doesn’t come with instructions. I guess maybe it’s not really needed for people who fly kites a lot but it would have taken me a few minutes to figure out where to tie everything. My husband got it figured out in seconds. We tied the tail onto the tadpole/main body but I think you could use the kite without it. It wasn’t super windy when we used it the first time but it still went up immediately. We never got it too high up but the kids had a blast running with it trying to get it lifted. It’s a great way to wear them out lol. I am really happy with this kite and look forward to the next windy day.

Very colorful, no instructions, no assembly needed, works in light breeze
I would have given this five stars if there were instructions. It looks like you just tie the spool of string to the yoke strings, and that works, but there is a photo showing the little "bonus" kite attached to the big one as a sort of tail, and it isn't clear what you attach the strings from the smaller kite to on the bigger one. Still, it works fine without the smaller kite added on.It will be fine for my niece, who is 3-1/2 with just the octopus, and using the smaller piece as its own little wind sock to run around with - but there should be at least a sheet of instructions.I rethought this after assembling a different kite. This one is great because it does not need rigid sticks inserted, it just flies right away after you tie it to the reel of string. The tail ties on to the bottom of the kite, and there are streamers you can let loose for more balance if you need it.

Initial Review of Kite: Will strings the size of threads work?
It is still too early to "go fly a kite" up here in MN but my initial reaction was there there was all of this thread everywhere and what was it for! Well having flown parafoils before I know that there are strings that are meant to hold the parafoil kite in proper position so that the sacks of the parafoil stay open so that the air can flow through them. The strings in this kite are far smaller than the parafoil I am used to flying., They are so small it is hard to imaging that they would not get tangled in use..I will add to this review after I can get the kite in the air.

Great colors/floats well/No grommets or instructions
Make sure an adult unfolds this as there are several long strings ready to get tangled upon opening. I like that it floats to the ground gently instead of crashing like a framed kite. The only issue is that the strings are are just tied through holes in the fabric without reinforcement like metal grommets so if it's too windy it will probably rip. I live in a high wind area (which is great for kite flying) but I’m going to have to be selective when I fly this kite because of the no grommets. This was a let down. Also, there were no set up instructions but it was mostly self explanatory
