Fantastic piece of kit. Hard wired and all hidden inside an old Glidermatic GRD electric garage opener for a similar price to 2 new 1980’s style remotes. Had to ask the seller Chris (charged UK) a couple of questions but he replied pretty much straight away. Can’t recommend enough!! Works with Alexa, Siri, and even set up on the action button on my iPhone for ease of use. Oh and it notifies my phone if I have forgotten to close it!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this product is AMAZING - just installed it - so easy to install. The connectivity is solid - even the Bluetooth works through a solid wall from about 10 metres away and internet connection also robust. Also the additional functionality with the sensor allows me to know if open or closed and I can give a key easily to my neighbour for access! Well done for a very well engineered product - impressed!

This is a very good product. Connectivity over the internet is very fast. The Remootio is easy to install and set up. I got it working with Apple HomeKit through a HomePod Mini as a Hub. Initially the Garage Door button did not show on CarPlay. I contacted Charged and Chris got back to me very quickly (even though he was out of the office). Chris’s advice cured the issue and it all works seamlessly now. I’m very impressed with the Remootio and even more impressed with the customer service I received.

Brilliant piece of kit, took 10 minutes to wire in, and 5 minutes to set up the app.Can now control my gate from my phone aswell as the existing remote fobs.

I bought this device which works really well but had my local guys install it. I was having a problem with the geo fencing so I thought I'd try Charged. TBH I wasn't expecting much. How wrong. I immediately got a text message asking when I could speak and 15 minutes later a loively guy called CHris phoned and talked me through some things to try.His knowledge was extensive, extending not only to my Virgin Router but also the Deco mesh system.What FANTASTIC service.

Bought this to add to our new electric gate. Support were brilliant in guiding me with the wiring and drawing power from the gate board. Also have one for the garage door. Replacement garage remotes are £100 each so this is a bargain really considering all the extra functionality. Works great with alexa and never have to worry about where the fobs are, can do it with a voice command from the car.

The HomeKit feature does not work properly on a gate. Whilst it can open and close, the Home app shows it is in a permanently obstructed state no matter the opening time set. This is a software bug but does not show signs of being fixed. The geo-location based opening feature also does work due to a notification bug.But a Merros garage opener. Software works and does same job in triggering a gate.

Amazing customer service, I was not able to wire-up the unit to my garage door opener but the online Remootio support team were extremely helpful, patient and persistent and helped me through various permutations to get the system up and running.
