This works surprisingly well! My smell (particularly in one nostril) has been gone for years and I didn’t think it would ever come back. So naturally I had very low expectations but wanted to try anyways—the safety risks that come with very poor smell are not great. I have actually noticed that on days when I do use it, I am more aware of smells throughout the day. If I forget to use it the next day, the same benefit does not carry over. Following the directions carefully also makes a difference in how well it works for me. I would be interested in more scents to continue retraining my nose.

I am positive about this item, however my own expectations caused some disappointment. I had COVID four times and all four times were pretty bad. I have never regained smell and taste. I was hoping for instant results with this kit. It was good, I did regain some smell and taste. It was amazing! It's been almost five years dealing with this. You must be prepared for this smell therapy to slow and results to be small. You have to be in this for the long haul. You will be using the kit four three times a day. You must follow the directions exactly. I did regain some smell and taste after the first week. It was very subtle but so worth the effort.

Used this to help restore my sense of smell as directed by my allergist. It did the job I needed it to.
