Speedy service and quality mug, very nice for a gift
Although the main print was on the opposite side as illustrated, it's a gift for a left-handed person, so worked out fine, otherwise it wouldn't have been as good, but I'm very pleased with this gift. Had a complimentary biscuit included!

Fun present but too small.
I loved the concept and having the problem solving tool on a personalised mug. I was a bit disappointed by the finished product as it did not look as nice as the picture as the mug is too small and so you have to really try hard to read it. At over £10 with delivery charge, it was a bit pricey for the quality of the product. But very good service and a novel idea.

It arrived in one piece
A trouble free purchase and the quality is excellent. I bought this mug for my daughter it made her laugh. Definitely a good purchase. The mug comes in a very secure polystyrene box and there is no chance the mug could be damaged in transit, I would bet all of these mugs are delivered in one piece. Nobody wants to return an item they've bought so if that's something that annoys you as much as it annoys me, this company package well! As for the actual mug, it's a mug. It's well made and functional and funny.

Good quality mug with nice clear printing. Loved that they send a preview of the personalisation so you can see, and if necessary adjust, the proposed final article. Very quick tracked delivery too. 5* all round.

A brilliant present for all ages
A different gift for my granddaughter's partner. I think he'll love it. His name is on it also I wrote a text on the other side of the mug to personalise it. I had never seen mugs like this so very happy to find it on Amazon. It's very well made , the print is very well done. A perfect present at a perfect price.

Brilliant quality Excellent service
