Brought this product as I had heard Myo-inositol has great benefits for PCOS. The only real symptom of PCOS that I struggled with was my skin, I would get really bad cystic acne on my chin and around jaw line so thought I would give this product a try after years of doctors appointments/antibiotics/creams/face washes etc. I can say within a month of taking these my acne was practically gone (still got a few small spots which I put down to my diet but no large under the skin painful ones). This product went out of stock so had to use another seller with the same ingredients but had to get these ones again as for some reason this product worked better than the other one despite same ingredients. So glad I decided to buy this product on the off chance it may help as it defiantly has! Finally being able to not constantly cover up painful spots with makeup and be comfortable leaving the house makeup free! Hope that this stock continues so I can carry on purchasing 👏🤩

I have been looking for an inositol product to take for my PCOS in the Uk for a while now. It’s been a minefield of research and knowing what to take. This Nutravita Inositol complex perfectly fits the bill of what I need to help balance my levels and get me back to myself. These pills are easy to take and there’s no taste or side effects that I’ve noticed yet and I look forward to the benefits to come from taking this supplement. It’s so hard to find a good 40:1 inositol blend in the uk and for an affordable price so I couldn’t be happier. Grateful to find it.

I have PCOS and am hoping that this supplement will help to counter many of the struggles of this syndrome - acne, hirsutism, weight gain, fertility issues.There are many promising studies on Inositol for these things (when taken alongside other lifestyle changes, such as diet, exercise, etc). However, all of these studies use a daily dose of 4g - this supplement works out at 2.5g per day. Of course, I could just double my dose but it will mean spending twice as much.It is likely more cost effective to buy the powder and weigh it yourself, but I find tablets very convenient. Perhaps I will still see benefits on 2.5g per day. The other reviews here seem to suggest that it's possible.

I initially gave a review to this product as I was happy with the customer service and also happy about the price.I used to take MyoInositol from BeLive the pink bottle, I’ve taken those for 4 months.I tried this as they were a cheap option and thought will give a try to UK products. I’ve taken 2 pills/day only for 1 month. I did not finish the bottle. My period was late for 15 days, I have PCos and I thought this messed it up, but tested positive I’m still in shock

Don't normally leave reviews however, i suffer with PCOS and endometriosis which causes me infertility. I noticed the last year or so my cycles were getting longer and longer the last one being the longest at 42 days ! i no many woman with PCOS who dont even get a period at all half the time so i was great full at least i was getting one pretty much every 37-42 days which i do believe is because i wasn't ovulating hence the long over due cycles. I started taking Nutravita to try bring my cycles back down and hopefully start ovulating.... Well i used OPK's this cycle to see if i get a peak not sure if i was peaking before as wasn't using them really, i defo had a peak on CD15 So assuming ovulation was CD16 which would mean a 30 day cycle for me.... and by a miracle i actually had a 30 day cycle i cant remember the last time my cycle was that short !! I no OPK peaks dont actually confirm ovulation but it all added up for me so so happy i found this product and hopefully it continues working for me ! xxx

This product supports balanced hormones and appears to help lower blood pressure, I find it works for me. I buy from Nutravita because their products are clean and they care a lot about their customers, Natalie in particular is an exceptional representative of Nutravita. My daughters are using this and other products too as are various friends.

It is with a heavy heart, 12 months of trying Inositol (and over £200 later) that I am now having to walk away from taking it, as I don’t think it has helped my PCOS at all.I know women with whom it has helped massively, and I have read all the wonderful reviews of this product, helping women like myself gain a regular cycle and indeed eventually fall pregnant.I have added three photos of my cycles to this review. You can see how irregular I am.I started taking Inositol on 8/06/22. It seemed to have some sort of effect at first, making my stupidly long cycles definitely shorter, but I’ve gone back to having stupidly long cycles with huge gaps in between.I will say, however, that everyone is different. So although this product has helped those with PCOS, for me personally, it had little effect.My next aim is to go gluten and dairy free, to see if that will help my PCOS.
