No stars should be given .waste of money.Very Bad Amazon, i think something mix with real stuff..... I can see lumps when i mix it into juice or water and seen no effects no pump no recovery after use also taste doesn't like real aminos .... I would have ordered on nutrabay or healthkar but wasn't available.... This is 3rd time i got a bad product from Amazon on supplement. I think problem with seller
