Plastic key tags are used to keep track of many keys while maintaining the anonymity of the actual use of the tag. Typically, these tags are used in conjunction with a lockable steel Key Cabinet. Best practice for storage of keys includes keeping a Numeric and Alphabetic list of the uses of each Numbered Key in a separate secure location from the location of the keys themselves. This adds a second degree of security in that even if the keys are inappropriately accessed, the intruder will not know what each key is used for or what lock it works.

Incomplete
I ordered this bag of numbered key tags from 1-50 . All I needed was 1-10 . I just received my package and the bag was broken open. As I line up all the tags I realize that the number 9 tag is missing. Out of all the tags in this bag , it has to be missing one of the tags that I need.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
Please take my advise and save your money. The metal clip is very small and does not open enough to attach it to anything. Thank goodness that Amazon has such a great return policy. These are going back.
