XICON10 Ohm 10W Resistor Wire Wound 5% Tolerance

This resistor put inline with this ac adapter:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074ZHYQ2Wgot my skybell video doorbell working perfectly. I didn't have any prior doorbell wiring so this combination was convenient because I only needed to drill a hole through the wall and run the cord to an standard socket.

This was exactly what I needed.

Purchased this to hook my skybell trim plus to a DC power adapter. Works great, was able to fit between door jamb and drywall behind casing. Doesn't get hot, just wire nutted it to the bell wire / dc power.

I had to use it for my Skybell Video Doorbell in order to stop the Hardwire Mechnicial doorbell from humming. Installed it and works like a charm

Very easy to break would not recommend

I bought this to use inline with a 12V DC power supply for a Skybell HD. It's working. I didn't test the resistance to see if it's within tolerance...it's not super important for my purposes.

Good resistor that does what I wanted.

10.3 ohm showed on VOM, so well within tolerance. Works just fine in application for which I purchased it (converting an old computer power supply to a multi-volt (3.3, 5, and 12 volt) power supply for various projects.
