Cycling machine
The cycling equipment is good and is ideal for a small home. As its mentioned one cannot assemble the set DIY. Only their technician can fix and give. That is an extra cost. But worth it.

Sparnod exercise bike
Sparnod bike is very robust in construction, easy to assemble. Perfect for indoor cycling exercise. I had very good experience with team Sparnod. In fact when I received the bike, it's one pedal was not smooth in rotation. After the matter was informed to the concerned team, they were very prompt in sending another pedal. I am using the bike for last 2 months. I am fully satisfied with its performance. It's seat is very comfortable and its height is adjustible to suit the individual leg size. Customer care support is really awesome. Those who want to do cycling exercise, must go for Sparnod.

Good exercise cycle
Overall this exercise machine is very good for all age group, study design, easy to drive, balanced structure, assembling is also self doable, display reading is accurate for speed, distance, time and calories burn. I recommend this to all fat burning aspirants. The only cons i personally feel that seat should be more comfortable to ride for more that 10 minutes in a span and back support should be there for all models.
