Bpught these to pop in my med organizer. My pills were sweating and there is nothing grosser than swallowing sweaty pills. These little silica guys fit perfectly in the squares for the pills, and the pills just sit on top. They sit in there all week and don't sweat. I can use the little silica guts about three weeks before i need to pop new ones in the organizer. So helpful. Great purchase.

I collect WWII artifacts. These little packets are prefect for hiding within showcases and boxes. I also use them heavily for anything I have placed in my storage unit. Each individual medal holder has a packet with it. For helmets I have three packets placed with them. I also place them in gun cases to keep the humidity and moisture away from the firearms. We even bought several dozen bags of them for work to be placed around our electrical equipment. They are easy to use and simple to dispose of and replace. Excellent piece of mind for the small price tag.

2019-3-31Interteck sent me a replacement batch in a different style and they work fine. I am pleased. I have bought these before and I will buy them again. Thanks2019-03-25These used to work very well and probably will again but right now Interteck tells me there is a problem with defective stock. I bought them and they do not properly absorb moisture. I would suggest giving them some time to replace their stock. The last batch I bought worked really well. When I get a good batch I will change the rating to 5 again.

They work great! I got these to keep dried out flowers dry, and they do the job perfectly. I put a packet in with some flowers that were previously dried but starting to absorb atmospheric moisture. They were starting to smell a little rotten. I put the packet in and over the next couple days it turned purple, then pink, letting me know it was working. I just swapped it out for a new blue one and the flowers don't smell anymore. Problem solved!

Desiccant is very fine, sometimes feels like it comes out of the little packets (several of mine are now either completely or mostly empty). Overall work well and very easy to "recharge". Not one I'd necessarily recommend, but there are likely much worse.

I bought these packets of silica gel to put in medication bottles. After researching, I discovered that Tyvek silica gel is pharmaceutical safe. These packets are very small and are perfect for most medication bottles. For the larger bottles I will be using two or three packets. When I contacted the company to ask about how often they should be recharged, I was advised to do this about once a month. Since the bag has an ample number of packets, I will replace the used ones with new ones, and I will save the old ones until I run low on my original purchase, then I will recharge them all at the same time in the oven as instructed.

Except that these are tiny! But the .5 ounce size is supposed to be. I am using them in my IP dome cameras to replace the ones that came from the factory. After awhile thy do need changed and these little boogers work well. I put in 6 of them because they are that small... half the size of a sugar packet. My domes stopped fogging up on the inside so they are working.

went on a limb and decided to try to can jerky, now i know what your thinking. why can jerky. well i smoke cure my jerky old style hanging method and as an experiment i wanted to see if it could be canned, jerky cannot be exposed to moisture when being stored it can grow mold and thats a big no no to eat. i canned up about 2 to 3 pounds and even after prolonged storage in jars the packets did a great job about being a moisture scrubber
