This is the third lock I purchased. It was too hard to set the code on the first. The second fell apart when I opened the package. This lock was the opposite of both. Setting the code was simple and it is very sturdy.

I bought these locks to use at the gym way back in March. I've used one since then twice weekly and it worked perfectly. A very robust lock similar to the ones sold at the gym. My husband joined me at the gym recently but when we tried the 2nd lock straight out of the packaging it just refused to accept any combinations. I contacted Zhenge Store and very quickly received a pleasant and reassuring response from Jack with instructions for trying to reset it and advise to contact them again if I had no success. I didn't, so messaged again and very promptly received a new padlock. Thank you Jack for excellent customer service.

I bought this as I needed a padlock for the gym, instructions were so easy to set up my new pin combo and the lock itself is very sturdy. :)
