Quality motor fixed my irreplaceable combi-microwave.
Has the 'feel' of being good quality and works perfectly. Fixed my DeLonghi microwave no problem. I'm sure it would fit a raft of other microwaves as the manufacturers are not going to make a unique motor for every model or even brand. I don't know what else it might fit - my recommendation is you access the motor in your microwave and look for the item number stamped into it or on a label and use that to order your motor. In general terms I would say these are all broadly similar by design, just different dimensions, and fitting them is simple. Accessing the motor first will vary depending on your make and model but research suggests that manufacturers don't make this too arduous. Have a go.

Great saving vs buying a new combination microwave oven
Very happy. Saved me a load of money as I fixed my own microwave/oven combo. Good job as they're twice the price to buy since we bought ours. £6 instead of £200 😁

Successfully repaired an EcoAir DD1 classic dehumidifier
My uncle had an EcoAir desiccant dehumidifier that stopped working, model DD122FW-MK5. Within a minute or two of powering up, it would cut out with a red fault LED. Having experience with repairing electrical equipment, I disassembled it and found the fault to be its synchronous drum motor. Big Clive has a video showing how to disassemble the similar simple model. From looking up various replacement motors, this had the nearest rotational speed and similar looking shaft. I did run into a minor issue however. The motor would not directly fit in place due to the terminal block sticking out the back coming in contact with a casing pillar. As a workaround, I turned the motor such that the second screw hole aligned up on one side and the second screw on the other side held the motor in place as shown in the picture. This was enough to allow the terminal block to fit in place with the motor securely held. The original motor had the wires hardwired, so I cut them off and fitted two insulated push-on female crimp terminals. The cog from the original motor fit fine on the shaft. With the motor in place, the cog cannot move along the shaft, so did not require the circlip. I briefly did a test power-up and it started turning the drum. Although the motor can rotate either clockwise or anticlockwise, the drum direction does not appear to matter. After giving the internals a good clean-out and reassembling the dehumidifier, it now functions fine, collecting the water again. My uncle bought another dehumidifier and asked to dispose of this one, so it effectively gave us a spare dehumidifier for the price of this motor.

Microwave turntable motor
Great product! My turntable stopped working on my microwave. After a little research I discovered it was the motor. Unplug the microwave and then undo 2 screws to remove the old motor from the base of the unit and 2 wires (see photo). The motor has a D shaped rotor to slot into the turntable which is the only part which needs some sorting. Turns at 4rpm instead of 5/6 rpm but not an issue for the price. Also turns clock/counterclockwise. Ordered and came the next day. Can be installed in 30 mins.

Five minutes to fit it.
Microwave ovens seem to have a standard motor and a pre-stamped access panel on their undersides (see YouTube videos). 1. Turn off the microwave, take the glass plate and bearing wheel out, then turn it upside down. 2. Using a pair of wire cutters, carefully clip through the mounting points of the access panel - 8 on my microwave. 3. Using a flat screwdriver or utility knife, carefully lever up the access panel. This will be re-used later on. 4. Note where the wires attach to the original motor and mark them on the new one (red and black marker pens useful here) 5. remove any motor retaining screws (one Pozi size 1 in my case). DO NOT DROP THE SCREW INTO THE MICROWAVE. 6. remove the wire clips and motor. 7. Check the flat side allignment of the turntable axle with the allignment of the new motor, and rotate the axle to match the motor (you won't be able to rotate the motor as the gearing inside prevents it). 8. Install new motor. the flat side of the drive shaft should now allign easily with the turntable axle. Replace the retaining screw and fit the wire clips. 9. Replace the access panel you removed earlier, by rotating it 180 degrees, refitting it via the pre-stamped tabs and a self tap screw (about 3mm) or a short wood screw. Re-commission your microwave and start it up whilst feeling pleased that it no longer sounds like a bag of spanners.
