Is it us or uk layout? (as programmer i only like to use us layout keyboards)

I just bought one and it is US layout. However Lenovo makes them for several European languages. Best to contact the vendor.

Is the keyboard bluetooth?

No, this one is just USB. A wireless model exists though.

Is it only for use with Thinkpads or does it work with any laptop/PC?

Works fine with many other PCs. Tested with HP EliteBook and Apple MacBook Pro, all fine.
