Does this ruler have an inside adjuster ?

No, it doesn't. It looks nice, and the quality is pretty good, but each section only rotates. This means that when fully extended you end up with something that is not even close to being flat, which makes measuring accurately a little bit tricky. I'm sure I've seen other folding rules that have a hinge system which allows it to be flat when extended, which would be more useful.

no. its stepped so not flat on a surface your working on. brilliant measuring stick though. i much prefer it to a 'tape' for most things (under 2metres)
