They don't seem very reliable, I used a Ketostick and was in ketosis, used one of these to see if it was the same and showed no ketosis.

Used these and the strips were not changing colour, would not buy them again.

unlike the review I posted of a competitors product, this is held in a much more appropriate straight sided container, with easily replaced top.Strips are fine.

have been using for a cuple of months and gives readings id expect as my eating habits changed. tells you if and at what level your body is in a state of ketosis

interesting to use, will be a great to use during my weight loss journey
