Marvellous things. However, make sure you wet the end first. It's a bit of an art because if you wet the whole thing it will be too slippery and shoot all over the room, I have lost a few.Push in as far as you can otherwise it will just escape. Then, wait. Not long, a few minutes. Firmly clench them buttocks and be very near a loo. I find it best to sit down for a while so it stays in. Then, when you can hold no more, rush to loo and relax and most of all.....enjoy! (Or is that just me?)
