I have been using the product now for just over two months, and feel that's adequate time to gauge the effects. This is all my own personal experience and is not intended as medical advice.First, a little background: I am two-years-post-viral infection which left me with the lingering issues of fatigue, neuropathy, and brain fog. Previous to this, I competed regularly in various sports and have what I'd consider a solid knowledge of training, diet, and supplementation.Use:I sought out this sublingual liquid B vitamin as I prefer not to run too many tablets through my system, and most B complexes come in tablets that are not the easiest to swallow, usually with a nasty aftertaste, and can be heavy on digestion. This product by comparison is easy to use and I actually find it enjoyable to take. Your main concern is not touching the dropper directly to your mouth so as not to contaminate the bottle. The taste is a bit like a fruity tonic. There is no strong aftertaste, so there's no need to wash it down and it could easily be taken with a meal.Initially, I took the recommended dose of 15 drops on an every-third-day basis. After two weeks, I tapered my usage to my current protocol of 5 drops three times a week, which I feel is a sufficient maintenance dose on top of a balanced diet. It's just my personal recommendation, but I feel the 15 drop serving to be excessive for regular use and the benefits can be had at lower dosages.Outcome:I noticed acute benefits in energy and a subtle boost in mental clarity over the initial days and weeks with much less of that daily 'hitting the wall' feeling. The energy benefits are steady and last throughout the day, which for me is preferable to the effects of a stimulant as I'm already a tea drinker.I can't say for sure whether it's related, but the neuropathic issues have definitely improved over the course of using this. Perhaps more obvious is that my skin now has much of its usual colour back with a healthy redness returned to my cheeks.Overall, I'd say the liposomal vitamin B complex has done what a B vitamin should and has been more effective and nicer to take than any B complex in tablet form I've used in the past.Other things to note:I have shared the product with my parents on a few occasions, and both reported noticeable improvements in their energy throughout the day. My mom did also report that she felt it a little harder to fall asleep, which may be a benefit or a drawback whichever way you look at it. If you are sharing this, I'd recommend measuring out the dosage onto a spoon for the other person rather than directly sharing the dropper.The product is very well packaged and the little glass bottle and dropper feel high quality. Pricing is what I'd expect from quality liposomal B vitamins.Conclusion:Overall, I would and have recommended this B complex to others and it's one of the few supplements I now take on a regular schedule.

When my partners normal Vitamin B complex tablets were out of stock, I searched around to find an alternative and found P!nkTribe's Liposomal vitamin B complex liquid. The reviews seemed good so we ordered to give it a try. She has been hugely impressed and will continue to use this going forward. Also has recommended to several of her friends.It has a pleasant orangey flavour - which is good as you are meant to hold it under your tongue for several seconds before swallowing. She definitely noticed a difference in energy levels, which is part of why she takes a vitamin B complex. She felt better taking this liquid form than the previous tablet (with the two supplements having similar levels of the vitamins) so felt that her body was absorbing/utilising it more effectively in the liquid form.Easy to store and keeps well, we are just about to order it again.

I am on by second bottle of this as I find it easier to swallow than tablets and it tastes OK. It is probably too early to say whether it has had a beneficial effect on my health but I will probably purchase it again, even though - compared with tablets - it is rather expensive.

Expensive and I really cannot see any naked difference between a cheaper version and this product

I got the liquid form of B complex as it was easier absorbed and most reviews said the taste was fine.My findings are that the taste was pleasantly appealing and the liquid is easily taken and appears to be working as advertised I.e. more energy.Is maybe a bit on the expensive side but is worth it and perhaps as others have suggested, through trial and error the dose can be lowered.

Bought this product because I really didn't enjoy taking the large capsules, and wanted to see if it would be any good. Well it has been amazing. I am going through peri menopause and this has really helped with the fatigue and given me the energy to get through the day. Will definitely purchase again.
