UPDATE: Seller contacted me and sent me a new warmer. I'm on day 2 of this one and so far it's good at keeping my coffee warm :D I only gave it 4 stars since I'm only on day 2, but I really like this warmer. I have a huge coffee mug and this one accommodates it just fine. Great customer service !----------------------------------------------------------------------Worked great the first day. The second day it was kind of flaky. The third day was a no go. The little button on the bottom that depresses when your beverage is sitting on top will no longer make contact inside the unit to tell it to turn on. I'll be returning.

Wish it stayed on for a much longer time but I appreciate the safety feature of this product so I can deal with that. Obviously, it is an easy product to use..No learning curve involved... The last beverage temp product I tried was literally 30 yrs ago at work! LOL... Yes, I'm old. That one stayed on till it was turned off and a couple times the cup didn't have enough liquid in I found it dried up and caked onto the coffee cup! I guess I was lucky it didn't explode due to the heat!I like that my coffee remains at the PERFECT drinking temperature while resting on the warming surface! And if I leave, it will automatically turn off. I have adjusted to that safety feature. The only thing I think I would try next time is a rechargeable product. Having to remain plugged in is a little bit of a hassle but I'm dealing with it.

I like the design and size of the cup warmer - it fits nicely on my desk. I love that it is pressure activated, therefore it is not left on accidentally as long as no pressure is sensed.

I love this mug warmer. I came back and bought a second one. It says flat bottom mugs are recommented, but it works fine with my other mugs. Had a manufacturer quality-control issue with the first one, and received another in less than a week, no charge. Can't ask for more. :)

I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT I FEEL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH. IN THIS DAY AND AGE WE ARE ALL JUST A NUMBER…. IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE THAT TURNS OUT TO BE BROKEN, AS IN MY CASE, IT DOESN’T TYPICALLY MATTER. IT’S NOT COMMON THAT AN ORGANIZATION WILL REACH OUT AND ADDITIONALLY WHO WANTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK. TYPICALLY, IT’S LIKE IT OR LUMP IT. DEFINITELY NOT THAT WAY WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. KEVIN WAS GENUINE IN HIS COMMUNICATION AND SENT A REPLACEMENT STRAIGHT AWAY.THANK YOU, KEVIN! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OVER AND ABOVE!This product was cracked when I got it, which I didn’t see because of the way it faced on my desk.It stopped working less than two months after purchasing, and of course the return window has closed.Stick to a warmer with an on/off switch. I have a Mr. Coffee at work that has been warming my coffee for over two years and it’s still going strong!

Let me say that I do feel I got my money's worth for this warmer - it was super cheap and looked and functioned great until it stopped working after less than 3 months. It has a little button underneath that depresses when the weight of a mug is placed on top, thus turning it on when the mug is set down and turning off when the mug is lifted. It would keep the drink pleasantly hot for the 45 min I take to sip it in the mornings (though it doesn't have heating power to heat up a less than hot drink).Over time the button got sunken in and placing a mug wouldn't depress it enough. You'd have to smush it around with your finger to get the button in/on, if you could at all, and then do the same to make it switch off. So the ease of use is completely gone.
