Solid and practical. The tap does exactly what it’s supposed to — easy to install, fits securely, and allows me to run a hoses and free tap without issues. The build quality feels decent, and the valves operate smoothly. A good, no-fuss solution for garden watering. The water exits the free tap with force and splashes quite a bit, I attached a short length of hose to it to stop this and allow you to direct the water direction - avoids it going all over your feet and legs. Good value for money - no rusting so far after 2 years

First impressions were good, the tap looks well made, good value and the action of both tap heads were smooth in operation. Fitting was simple using the tape supplied also included an adapter for a larger outlet fitting. Once fitted the tap worked perfectly and the shut off valves worked well without any leaks. Overall I am hopeful for a long service period. The only problem I could find was the help line/ contact which was in German so an English translation would be helpful.

Really nicely made tap, and fitted/lined up without issue. Would have been great if it had been supplied with the requisite fitting washer but hey ho, I have a box of them so not a big deal for me but... Worth noting, as a new one will be needed. Tap operates very well and the quarter turn operations make it very efficient. I particularly like the "plasticoated" lever handle; nice touch (literally). Important thing to note is that this tap does not have a non-return valve, so shouldn't be fitted to domestic mains water "as is" (UK law/regs require a valve). I overcame this by using the valve from my old tap, but it required some fettling... Old tap had a small step in the bore to stop/hold the plastic valve in place. This new tap is a straight bore, so just putting the valve in means it would have been flushed along the tap causing obstruction to the underside outlet. You can get separate valve fittings to go between the tap and the supply, but I didn't want to have the tap sticking out that extra amount. So... My solution which may be of use to others: 1. Remove old valve and check it will fit snugly into new tap; 15mm diameter. 2. Cut a piece of standard 15mm copper plumbing pipe to inside length of new tap barrel, minus length of valve. For me this was 42mm and guess would be the same for others*. 3. Drill or cut a 10mm (or thereabouts) hole through one side, centred at about 12mm from one end. This will allow flow through the lower outlet. 4. Drop the tube into the tap with the side hole end in first, and have the hole aligned to the lower outlet (take the lower outlet "spout" off to see up inside and check it's lined up). 5. Insert valve and push home. 6. Fit tap as normal. 7. Have cake (this is vital). * Double check measurements for your valve as I don't know how universal they are, but imagine will be the same. I've been after a twin tap solution for the greenhouse for some time; this works perfectly. You can mount a watering timer to the tap underneath (best to turn it sideways to clear the front tap), then use the front tap for direct access for watering etc. The long arm tap lever is also useful for fine control. Well made, easy to install and leak free. Two small observations - it would be good if there was just a touch more spacing between connections, also logo printing on the lever arrived looking slightly worn. Otherwise excellent!

I wanted to run two hosepipes from the tap, and this is ideal. Some reviewers say they cannot get it to fit straight, but I had no issues. I only fitted it yesterday, and so far there are no leaks. Some reviewers have said the smaller lever is situated in the wrong place. I don't have an issue, and I have no problems turning either or both levers. I'm really happy with this product and I fitted it in a couple of minutes.

It appears to be of good quality and thickness construction and purchased to replace my old outside brass tap. Its large handle makes it functional to turn on and off. I don’t have any leaks, but just make sure you use PTFE tape around the threads to stop any leakage... I have now fitted 2 of these taps outside the house and in all found them to be good value for money.

Heb deze kraan geïnstalleerd ter vervanging van een oud exemplaar. De twee uitgangen waren erg makkelijk. Op de onderste kraan heb ik een automaat aangesloten. Afdichttape was ook meegeleverd.
