Included are instructions which tell you there is no RIGHT or LEFT earplug, so either earplug will work in either ear. However, it doesn't say anything about which way is "right-side-up." I put them in my ears the same way I saw people wear them in photos, and the noise reduction was terrible. So, I flipped them "upside down" and... wow... 100% different. Before, I could hear my dog snoring right next to me. Now, I hear nothing. Not even the kids in the adjacent room. I believe I've reached Nirvana. These are high quality, inexpensive, and effective. They could benefit from a detachable strap, because if one of these little suckers falls into the couch crevice, or rolls under your car seat, good luck finding it. And they do fit well, but I'm not too sure these would be viable for sports or anything jarring. I'm just not sure if they'd stay in your ear once you started to sweat. I don't know, though. I've only just gotten them and haven't tested them with activity, so it's hard to say for certain. But, I can confidently say they're very comfortable and the noise reduction, once you've fitted them correctly, is incredibly effective. Highly recommend. I'll never have to speak to strangers again!

Y’all - your search is over! These earplugs are fantastic!!! I went with the blue and I love that they kinda look like audio ear pods. I’m totally guilty of pointing to them and mouthing “I’m on a call” when someone wants to gab and I’m needing to focus. Works like a charm! Ok - but as to how they perform for what they are ACTUALLY for - they block SO much noise and have allowed me to really concentrate without distractions. Having ADHD, that’s a game changer and has helped so much at work and when I’m studying! Two real world examples of how great these are: 1) I have one of those one-step blow dry brushes. It makes my hair look fantastic but the sound of it was so sensory- offensive, like a regular blow dryer but higher pitched and tinny. It was like nails on a chalkboard, so I had only used it 3 times before I got these. With them in, it was the faintest hum, the noise wasn’t driving me crazy, and my hair looks great now too! 2) My home office window looks out on the street and is probably only about 10 feet back from the road. I was working away busily and just happened to look up to see the giant garbage truck right out front. That thing is so loud it could wake the dead, but I never heard a peep, had I not caught a glimpse of it moving, I would have never known it was there.I love that this set comes with a snap case and multiple sizes so that you can find the perfect fit for your ears. The ones that came on it were good, but when I went one step up it was perfect!

I have very small little ear canal with some kind of bump that makes any earbuds wildly uncomfortable. I have been looking at the loop pro but cannot get myself to spend 40 bucks on a pair of earplugs. Those are so comfortable! I use the extra small ear tip and and cut down the noise by 60%. I am very sensitive to multiple noises and it will trigger migraines for me. This has been a lifesaver. I can still hear my child, my cat, my husband, music in the background not so much. This helps me focus relax and reduce my stress. The tips are easy to remove and you have four sets large medium small and extra small. They are easy to remove and fit securely in place once they’re on. The little black round thing fits flat in your ear and is very comfortable, they don’t fall out. For the price, they can’t be beat. So I will be carrying them for concerts, In the evenings when I’m tired, or in busy places. I hope this was helpful!

I have a sound sensitivity and need most sounds to be lowered in order to think or not get anxious.These work so well at lowering all volumes to a place where i can function. They fit the ears perfectly and no one can tell they are in my ears.The size caps also help to block more or less sound, because it forces the plug to sit differently.Try it you will love them.Honest reviewNot paid for this review.

They really work! My partner snores so loud & since I bought these ear plugs I've been able to sleep thru the night. 100% will recommend. My ears never hurt in the morning & I've been using them for months nowEDIT: These earbuds only lasted 5 months. The little rubber piece is now too loose to fit onto the silicone piece so it gets stuck in my ear & hard to pull out. 5 stars if they had replacement rubber pieces included or at a small price so they can be reused longer

My boyfriend's snores are often loud enough to rattle the very teeth in my head, so I've come to terms with the fact that I'll be wearing ear plugs to sleep for the rest of my life. But that's not the end of my problem. Nope. I have two doofus goldendoodles and if for some reason I forget to hide my earplugs when I wake up in the morning they will inevitably find them and eat them. Jerkdoodles is more like it. This is the position I found myself in last night - wide awake with my molars doing a jig in my skull because man's best friend ate my only chance at a good night's sleep. I turned to Amazon to reorder my favorite earplugs only to find out it was going to take a week to get them. In desperation I ordered these, the lure of next day delivery too great for me to pass up. Ladies and gentlemen, I put these in approximately 2 hours ago and fairly promptly fell asleep. All good, right? WRONG! I just woke up in intense pain and am seriously contemplating pulling a Van Gogh and just lopping my right ear entirely off my body. I should have known it would end this way because the outer part of the ear plug is quite hard, not squishy like my favorites, but sleep deprivation led me to make poor decisions. DO NOT BUY if you are a side sleeper. You will end up sleepless, earless, and probably friendless because who wants to hang out with a grouchy one eared mess?
