I bought this laptop for my upcoming high school final year, and it's great. It updates a lot so your system will be updated no matter what. It's lightweight and easy to use and great for playing minimal games. One thing I had trouble with was downloading apps and the way to fix this is by going into the settings and taking it out "S-mode" which then will allow you to install apps from anywhere on the web. Other than that I really love my laptop and it's great for the pricing.

My husband wanted this The first one stopped working and had to return it and get a replacement. New one working fine.

This computer has verry little memory but I knew that when i bought it. It has a solid state drive that is extremely SLOW. The Bluetooth connection drops out randomly and when it does you have to restart the computer to get it back. it will not even show you how to reconnect your devices. This computer will also restart for no reason at random times. You will also have to sign into Microsoft every time there is a restart even though i have all of the password pins on restart turned off. This computer is Garbage

I love the ease of using this laptop, and it is lightweight. However, it does not keep the correct time. My husband works in IT and has tried everything to correct it. However, whenever there is an update, the time and date stop working again. Otherwise, it works fine for the basics that I need.

Just received, so not 100% set up. Still need to connect to my printer. But so far I am loving my little LT. Easy to move files from Google Drive. East to set my favorites & desktopI know some bad reviews, but I dont need for gaming, just personal work, so this is perfect.Note I did go for 1 step up on the ram & memory, which may be where some have said its slow. Mine is not slow.

Just replacing old PC this one works great for me

The media could not be loaded.  I like everything about it. It’s pink. The keyboard is soft. I have no complaints about lagging! Internet connected very well and very fast! The screen shows very well! It’s lightweight and works well! Only thing I’d have to say is that I didn’t get the SSD Portable I was promised for making the purchase! But all in all, it’s great for what I need it for!

This laptop comes with Windows 11 in S mode which means I could not download Webroot anti-virus software, Adobe, Scrivener or Firefox browser until I disabled S mode. The problem was the settings made it look like S mode was off. The only way I found out it was on was I went to the Chrome website and it said I had to disable S mode to download Chrome, and I clicked something on the site that showed me how to turn it off. If it wasn't for that, I would have returned the laptop. It also has a glitch that makes the screen go black randomly while in use. Fortunately, this only happened one day so far in the two weeks I've had it. The graphics are pretty nice and very clear. There should have been better contrast on the keyboard or it should have been backlit at least, but it doesn't seem to have a light. I would not recommend if you are a hunt and peck keyboard user. The battery life is decent so far.
