I brought this as I cover over 12,000 steps on a 8hr shift at work with no sit down and my joints etc where starting to kick off (esp next morning) my skin had also gone realllly dry.It was worth a punt as they say...At first it was a WTH moment as its like the time I lent against the cows mains electric fence...It took some getting used to and made my little piggies jump🤣 and it feels like someone's grabbing ur ankles.AlotBut it works.. I use after a shift, I can walk the next day and my skin is not as dry esp on my feet. Also noted my toes don't go purple with the cold when I change for bed.. So a thumbs up from me.I haven't needed to increase the zap yet🤣

After looking for one of these for ages and not wanting to pay big money I saw this on Amazon and thought why not give it a go and if no good it hasn’t cost a fortune. Used if and it felt good then the mother in law tried it and took it away then said her friend and my sister in law wanted one as well so I ended up buying three more. Great value and no probs with charging and use. Seems to help stimulate nerve endings and we all seem to be happy so far. Could have bought another make that cost five times the price but why bother when this lightweight mat seems to do the same job and is easily transportable. Recommended certainly for auld ones and those with bad circulation like me!

This is a great little device. I was looking for something to help boost circulation in my ankle after an accident. I was looking at the one advertised on TV and saw this one highly recommended on Amazon. It's fab. Six different settings, mine different strengths (although I have only made it to 2 so far!). It folds up near and is powerful. Absolutely brilliant for the money.

I nearly returned this as nothing seemed to be happening..... THEN, I realised it doesn't work with socks on!! After that, we'll, it's just brilliant! The vibration choice is good and the intensity levels are 1 - 9, but I found 2 strong enough for me.Well worth the money - just as good (if not better) than ones that are FAR more expensive, and I know as I had to send an expensive one back to Amazon.

I like and I use for my foot

Very frustrating because it is a great product and gave me movement back in my toes which were numb.Problem is that I have had two now and they stop working after about 4 weeks, just out of return period
