Tarnish Remover, 12 Ounce Bottle (Packaging May Vary)

I just received this last night, and I’ve never reviewed something this soon before, but wow!This bracelet of mine had been in storage for a few years, and had gotten very discolored. I wish I took a before picture. You’d think sterling silver would just turn black, and that’d be a look, but it also had patches of yellow. So I took it apart and soaked these silver parts in citric acid, vinegar, baking soda paste, ultrasonic eyeglass cleaner…. You name it, and I’ve tried it. I even scrubbed it with a rotary tool and some acidic facial scrub as a Hail Mary attempt. Nothing worked.When this solution arrived, I dabbed some of it with a piece of cotton pad, and the result was immediate. Some of the crevices on these parts were hard to get to, so I switched to a cotton swab. And here’s the result - I think it took me less than a minute!Not sure if you can tell from the picture, but the surface ended up matte, and I had to use a polishing strip to make it shiny. Still, with minimal effort my bracelet looks new again, and I can’t even tell you how happy I am!Some people have mentioned that it smells bad. I expected something overwhelming like the EasyOff oven cleaner, but nope. There’s just a faint, chemical smell. I mean, don’t shove your nose in it lol. With how quickly it works, I really didn’t find the smell too bothersome.

The best metal cleaner ever! I collect different types of antique metal pieces and I have tried everything. I have a few good products that do work great with elbow grease. This product instant “melts” the years of grime and tarnish . This is a staple item in my house from now on!

This is incredible. I wish I took a before picture but this was completely copper and now looks stunning. Just make sure to do this outside because it smells awful.

Since this is a well known product I don't know how much I can say, but this round didn't seem as effective as purchases in the past. I use them to clean old silver and this time there just wasn't enough in the bottle. No idea if my perception has change or their formula has changed, but I need a seond bottle and probably will buy it elsewhere. No reflection on Amazon, I just want to check my option.

I can't believe how good this works. I used it on jewelry that had tarnished due to high humidity. In seconds it looked perfect. I thought i would really have to work at it but in seconds with one wipe it was back to perfect. I highly recommend this product

My Pandora bracelet was really tarnished after a trip to Rosarito, I believe it was the warter. I tried different things and nothing worked until this product. It took seconds and I could see the difference. Love it.

This product does remove tarnish but.... it also left a residue on some of the silver items, especially if they had been placed in an ultrasound jewelry cleaner. I also found that it removed the luster on some of silver jewlery when I scrubbed it with a brush OR just left the jewelry to soak for a while. It was disconcerting. I tried polishing the jewelry after washing it clean with water or without rinsing to see if I could get the shine back with a polishing cloth but no such luck. I am going to try another brand to see if I can get better results AND no damage is inflicted on my jewelry - it works but not the optimal result I wanted.
