Easy to clean. Really quiet. Nice app design. No chin zits on the kitty! I've had this for 2 months and I'm pleasantly surprised! I didn't know if the cat would like it or if she would get chin zits like from fountains before. It's been a huge success. Easy of cleaning and re-assembly is a breeze. Most importantly, the cats loves it, and drinks more water now. The only downside I can think of is being powered by a USB cable, and not including an adapter for the wall. Luckily, being an old iPhone user, I had plenty of adapters laying around.

Owned 2 years and 6 months. Zero issues. Pump working great. Cats n little dogs love it. Takes only a few minutes to wash! Ppl who say pump Didn’t last. MAYBE it’s because it’s working too hard? Idk. Every 2-3 weeks I rinse pump and little black filter and rinse Wipe everything out refilling with clean filtered (I use my berkey) water (yes I use the filters as well with this). Sometimes the top filter has a bunch of pet fur on it so I clean it off as well. Don’t try to use the filters in anything you own ever too long. Although you may think water tastes ok and all looks good, there may be parasites so always change filters regardless of what you think. Stock up ahead of time so you’ll be ready.(unlike me). I’d rebuy and in fact I think I might to add another as we have a bunch of pets.. oh yes! If you have fans like box fans or a strong vent or ceiling fan etc the water will evaporate faster so check daily! I love it! It washes like brand new. Stainless is unnecessary imho. This always looks brand new and perfect despite our messy animal filled house!

Super quiet & cats can’t get enough of it even my dog likes it

I bought this product a little over a year ago and although about a month ago I encountered some problems, it was fixed and continues to work well and I am very happy with this product. The issue I encountered is that the pump broke and was making a very loud noise. It wasn't a permanent loud noise, but would happen often enough to be annoying. I called and emailed PetKit and they responded promptly to help. After guiding me through some cleaning instructions through a YouTube video and as the noise persisted, they recommended I buy a new pump (warranty had since expired). I bought it through Amazon but it was also defective. I requested a replacement and it's been working for the past two weeks just fine. The water fountain continues to work well and in a quiet manner. It's a good device, quite, does the job, t's easy to assemble and clean, etc., and my cats like it. I also love that lights let you know when it's running out of water or filter needs to be changed. Also, while my cat does not like getting bathed, he has a thing for water and is very curious about it. He lifts the plates off this water fountain and plays with the tube that connects the pump to the plates so the water can come out. As you can imagine, this makes a little bit of a mess with the water all over the place and I've also had to dig up the tube from under sofas, etc., when he disassembles the whole thing and I don't catch him on time. So I've placed a rubber band around it and that seems to stop him from lifting the plates, but I realize this is a thing with my cat. The product generally is very good.

Edit: my original fountain died and I had to replace it. The new one is slightly different in looks. But in reliability and durability it failed. Big time. It's been a month and it's dead. Not impressed anymore. Looks like I'm finding a new fountain brand. Original fountain review: We love fountains in this house. But my girls are a tad picky. And I need easy to take care of. So, it's a challenge! I'm constantly buying new fountains. This one has been running about 10 minutes now, so I'll let you decide how much my review is worth. As I was putting the fountain down and plugging it in all three girls were making a line to check it out. They LOVE fresh water. It's like ambrosia. They wait around where the water bowl goes every time I pick it up to clean it. So, all 3 cats tried this one immediately. Looks like they give it the thumbs up! Pros: 1. It's at head height, so if your cat is fully grown it's perfect for drinking without bending. This would be a con if you have kittens. 2. The water in the center is about an inch deep and it's where the tube pumps the water up. The water on the edges is shallow, if you add more water the edge can be deeper. My one cat prefers being able to lick the bottom- like, she'd rather lick spilled water off the floor instead of from the bowl. So this is great for her. One of them likes the water deeper, so she licks closer to the middle. The other likes to lick the water off the edge, so she tilts her head sideways and licks the water up the side. Basically, perfect for everyone. 3. It is SUPER quiet. The last one was like a noise machine. I can barely even tell this one is on until I look at the water bubbling- it's a barely there hum. I included a video so you could hear it. 4. Easy to assemble and take apart. 5. Holds a lot of water so if I go away for a day or two they'll be okay. 6. Has double filter. One for the water and one for the pump. I'm tired of cleaning cat hair off the pump so that's appreciated. Cons: 1. Only comes with one filter. I'll have to order more. I don't know yet how long they last. 2. It has metal contacts that can't get wet. It's hard to wash it without getting them wet! It just means I can't reassemble it right away because I want to make sure they are dry before putting it back together. 3. It is neck height. So, for my cat who likes to lick up the sides, she can't lay down and stick her head over the edge like she could with other fountains. Of course, maybe she only did that to avoid bending her neck down. Who knows?🤷‍♀️ But that would also be a problem for small cats or kittens. 4. It is all plastic. Sometimes plastic doesn't do well, especially where there is hard water. I'll try to write an updated review in a few weeks or months, once I see what happens long term. For now, we're all loving this fountain. I hope it stays that way. I really don't want to buy another one!

I'm writing a review almost totally to address one singular thing. When I got it set up initially, I plugged it in, the pump wouldn't run, and the filter light was just blinking. Held the filter reset button, but that didn't help anything. Looked up a solution, apparently people put hot water in it and that's supposed to help somehow? Unplugged it. Plugged it in somewhere else to sit down and troubleshoot a little. Worked totally fine. Back to the first place, wouldn't work. Turns out it was the wall adapter you plug the USB port into! You NEED to make sure the brick you use to plug it in can provide the power it needs. Unfortunately I don't know the technical details on what DOES work, but the bad one was the old one from a previous fountain. The new one was from one of my Sony cameras. After getting that figured out, I'm SUPER happy with it. It's incredibly quiet, looks pretty nifty, and the smart function should help mitigate having to change the filter as often (apparently every 60 days as opposed to every 30 running it constantly). Also, there is a small tray that will hold enough water to satisfy my cat for when the pump isn't running. It's not a lot, but enough to where if she drank it all, the pump would run and it'd refill by the time she's thirsty again. Refill just by dumping water (slowly) into the tray. Every time my preschooler brushes her teeth, she takes care of that, so I'm sure I'll find out soon what happens when it gets overfilled! Im very happy with this purchase, and I'm sure my cat doesn't care at all.

I can't recommend this fountain enough. Been using it for over 2y now with no issue. My cat drinks more water than he did from bowls or from 3 other fountains I've had. It's tall enough that he doesn't have to bend awkwardly to drink. He'll sit there for minutes lapping at the side of the bowl. I was skeptical about a Bluetooth fountain, but you don't have to use the app after setting it up, unless you want to pause it, change from constant flow to smart flow (3min on 3min off), or keep track of when you last changed the filter. I especially like that I don't have to unplug it and drag the cord with me to the sink to clean and refill it. It sits on the base which keeps it powered. Cleaning is more involved than other fountains - the product guide says to take a couple pieces off of the pump to clean a small wheel (which requires tweezers). But it's not difficult, and I'll be honest, I don't do that part every time I rinse and refill the fountain. It makes more noise when the water is low, or like, 12-24h after refilling it (not sure why), but the majority of the time it's the quietest fountain I've used.

I purchased this PETKIT Fountain and the PETKIT Feeder on Prime Day! I've had it going for two weeks now, so decided to post my review 😊 I have two 1y/o b̶a̶b̶i̶e̶s̶ cats and needed something for when I am away for the day or out of town. Setting up this waterer was easy, I can't imagine anyone having trouble with it. While the instructions do not point out every step, I would say it's pretty straightforward. I've only had it running on the "smart" mode and have been turning it off at night while they sleep in another room (where they have a floating water bowl) to try and conserve filters and manage wear & tear. It lasted about a week and a half before I got the red light to refill the water, and I think it would last a full two weeks if my girl kitty wouldn't have played with it so much at first, (getting water everywhere in the vicinity,) pretty sure she thought it was a toy at first haha! Before refilling, I cleaned the machine. I just washed both filters then used the wand on my kitchen faucet by spraying hot water to "power wash" the inside, then a quick wipe down. The top filter seemed to catch all debris because there was nothing floating in the reservoir or stuck to the sides of the internal jug when I cleaned it. Since the filters must be replaced every few months at $21.99 for 5, it’s good to know that they obviously work! Neither of my cats were afraid of this device either. Other than my girl thinking it was a toy, her brother (pictured/in video) caught right on and she then followed suit. On the “smart” setting, the fountain pumps intermittently, but it never alarms then when it turns on. It is nearly completely quiet, I cannot even hear it now as I am right next to it writing this review. So no scaredy cats here! I also love the modern look of this device (and the feeder too.) Very futuristic looking and isn’t an eyesore! Overall, I’d recommend and would buy again!

Mi gato no lo ha ocupado en absoluto. Ya intenté todos los tips y no le gusta.

The seller is selling the Chinese version, and the product requires an app to operate. However when the app is installed and I tried to connect, it showed an error saying that the device is not designed for this region and it simply bricked the device. 2 stars because the product is actually good (as per my online research).

It works very well and is extremely quiet. Our cats love it and water consumption is way up Very impressive and great value

Very quiet and easy to clean

Really easy to use once I got it set up. It makes basically no noise, and my cats prefer drinking out of it now as well. I also only have to refill it once a week, which is a huge bonus to me. Only issue I had was that the instruction booklet they include really sucks. It's pretty big, but the only part you'll need is whatever three pages are in your language. And then it just sends you to an instructional video to view how to assemble the fountain anyway. So that was weirdly annoying. But again, that's just the setup. The real fountain works great! Highly recommended if you're looking for something simple to maintain and highly quiet.
