**EDIT** shortly after posting my original review, i was privately contacted by the manufacturer of this product informing me that they were very unsatisfied with my initial review, finding it entirely uninformative and confusing to customers. judging from the sentence structure, vernacular, and grammar of the email, i have surmised that the company is based somewhere outside the contiguous 48. initially, i decided to ignore the reprimand and let my review stand, but my convictions have gotten the better of me, and i've decided that my poor attempt at mixing applicable information with juvenile western humor has alienated a large portion of potential buyers, and that it is my responsibility to right that wrong. so, using the style and language that the manufacturer prefers, allow me to submit a second review: quality vinyl hose reinforcement by exclusive spiral metal design is suitable for lavatory used. longest distance for purpose of transport water to far away is possible. excellent flexible which bends very nice. extremely precision threads of ends is consummate with popular brand name of faucet. include in shipping with products is a very good quality rubber o-rings of extra to prevent leaking of water ends. it is very premium good product that last lifetime perfect. **END** i purchased this replacement hose to add functionality to the shower head i have; the hose that came with my shower head was just too short for me to have full use of the shower head. the original hose was much more stiff and unyielding, and it was so short that the shower head would hang a foot or more above the floor. i prefer to have ZERO restriction while using my shower head; if i want to hold it while i sleep on the floor of my shower, i want to have that option. upon my initial attempt to connect the hose ends to their respective locations, i met with failure; i was afraid that i had gotten the wrong thread patterns on one or both ends. perseverance was my savior, however, and after several frustrating attempts that aborted in cross-threading, i finally got that sucker on straight. persistence and patience paid off for me. there are more gasket washers included with this hose than any two installations should need, which makes me all warm and fuzzy inside; i would have probably dissolved into a supernova of rage if after all my cussing and yelling, i would have finally gotten the hose connected, only to find it leaked like a lawn sprinkler and realizing i would be forced to make an unplanned trip to find parts. this hose is extremely well designed and built, extremely flexible, and EXTREMELY LONG; instead of fumbling through a succinct way to describe just how long it is in words, i ask you to refer to the pictures instead. it is basically twice as long as the original, as you can see in the second picture. some folks may decide its actually TOO long, and to them i say, close your lips, and let me sleep with my shower head in peace.

I don't write a lot of reviews, and a shower hose seems so mundane, but once I installed the hose it was very obvious this was a nice product. This ThreeE kink-free hose replaced my original Delta handheld shower head hose. Both hoses basically look the same with the same dark bronze color and the same length (71 inches). The night and day difference is the Delta hose has always been fairly stiff, which wasn't a bid deal until I replace the Delta hose with the ThreeE kink-free hose and experienced the difference. This replacement hose is so limber that when you hold the shower head, you don't even realize the shower head is connected to a hose. You can simply move the shower head around really easily like it's not even connected to anything. The hose was very easy to install. It came with four washers and plumbers tape, and I used the tape at both ends and use two washers at the end where it attaches to the shower head and one washer where the hose attaches to the wall and had one washer left over. Is this a life-changing product? No. But I like this ThreeE kink-free shower hose much better than the original hose that came with my Delta handheld shower head.

A great replacement for the original hose that came with the shower head. Reasonably priced, easy to install and delivered quickly. Nice length for a taller shower.

Product was delivered as scheduled/promised. The hose seems to be made of quality materials. It was well packaged with plastic covers and inserts to protect the fittings/connectors at both ends end of the hose. 2 extra washers (four total) were included. The smooth tapered hand-tightened fitting connected easily with my hand-held shower head. However, the hex-head fitting was very difficult to connect to the water supply pipe and wanted to go on crooked which would have cross-thread the nylon fitting to which it was being connected. The starting threads should be chamfered better for a proper straight start. Use great care when screwing it on. Fortunately, after multiple attempts, it did screw on properly, but if you don't pay close attention you could end up with a problem. No leaks -- good final outcome. Hopefully the hose will prove durable -- we will update the review if there are any problems in the future.

The shower hose is fantastic. The old shower hose sprung a leak, for a little while before the leak, I was losing water pressure and then it sprung a big leak. This new shower hose is wonderful and I have good water pressure again. Excellent product!!!

These new showers have the bench so far from the shower it helps to get the longer hose for use when sitting on the bench to wash feet, legs, and shave legs. It was easy to install, and there was no diminishing of water pressure or flow. The hose worked without kinking. Simply unscrew the original hose and attach this one. It even included thread tape to create a secure fit along with a set of washers. If you are in need of a shower hose for a bench this is exactly what you need.

Cheap materials broke where hose attaches to hand held shower head after about 6 months of light use/48 uses. Last replacement hose I purchased for same handheld shower head lasted 5 years and was around the same price. Seller page on Amazon says to contact seller about questions with regards to warranty. Checked seller page and there is no seller website, contact information or warranty information. Also did Google search and 0 website/contact info for Chinese seller. Called Amazon customer service. Apparently Amazon did not verify that seller actually has a website before allowing it to sell its products on Amazon. I spent 20 minutes on the telephone with a very nice Amazon Customer Service Representative. She told me I had to submit my warranty inquiry and picture of broken item through Amazon's site so they can send to seller's email because they have no other seller information either! CSRep even googled it and could not find seller website/customer service information, either. I submitted warranty question and picture of cheap, broken hose through Amazon's site. I cannot get an answer from Amazon to see if my inquiry has been forwarded to manufacturer. Save your money and buy a different brand made by a legitimate company with a website. Disappointed in Amazon for not vetting the seller at all to at least determine if it has a legitimate website and contact information for warranty inquiries as stated on its Amazon page. I have have not heard back from Seller or Amazon and have asked 3 times if my message went though. NO ACCOUNTABILITY from company or Amazon. Know order was not "sold and shipped" by Amazon, but I pay for Prime Membership and order through Amazon so I don't have to worry about scam companies. Very disappointed in product and lack of follow up from Amazon.
