Now in my first review was about the Cartridge being frozen and gears won't move and make copies. We are in Southern California. Perhaps this cartridge can't take the heat where the copier is stored.REVISION: You should know that the company has issued me a FULL refund, even though the Amazon return date had passed. I have chaged my review from 2 stars to 4 because I really appreciate their obvious willingness to stand behind their product and to correct things when there is an occasional isssue for their customers. I will give the company another try.

I bought this for a personal copy machine that I use and was very disappointed to find that this toner cartridge left streaks on the copies that it made.No amount of cleaning or shaking the toner cartridge could change this and stop the extra lines and dots appearing on every copy.I eventually just threw it away and bought a new cartridge from the original equipment manufacturer.

This cartridge was a great value. It works just like the original canon cartridge in my copier. Print quality was good from the first copy.

Popped in right in first copy had a few black spots and none after that, a real money saver and it works!

So far works fine in my copier. However, be aware that you may have to rug at the sealing tape quite hard in order to get it out. I was afraid the cartridge was defective when pulling on the tape wouldn't work. Then I read the reviews and one reviewer said to give the tape a good hard tug. It worked! Otherwise it works just fine. Copies I make are like they were when the copier was new.
