Pricey but appears to be working based on bone density scans. I have no side effects (nausea) as I usually do with calcium supplements. No taste, easy to swallow, average size capsules - not chalky. I chose this over the risks involved in medical treatments for osteoporosis.

I stopped taking Osteoben for several months. When I started taking it again, I noticed my knees didn’t hurt as much walking downstairs and I only take one pill per day.

I have had trouble with bone health for years. I have taken medication that would help for a very short time, but caused awful stomach side effects. As soon as I was off of it, my bones would deteriorate again. I lift weights for an hour three times a week, and take two other aerobic classes. I have been doing this for the last 15 years. I have take high quality calcium, but I still would loose bone density. Last year my bone scan was -3.1. I was told to switch to this product. I did not take any drugs for the last year. The only change was to this product. We were hoping to just stop the loss in a years time, but my scan came out -2.9 one year later. This is the best result I have had of anything I have used. I at least now have a long term plan!
