Is there an amazon fire app?

Makerzoid App supports iOS and Android system, so it can be downloaded from Apple Store and Google Play Store. May I suggest you to try to google Makerzoid, or download Google Play and see if you could download our App from there?

I purchased the Standard and tried to build the tank, but it didn't come with the pieces to make the tracks for the wheels. How do I get those?

Hi Sir, Thanks so much for your patience! I'm afraid tanks couldn't be built from the Standard set. The parts used to make the tracks are only included in the Premium set. Could you please refer to the parts list in the paper manual? I'm terribly sorry if the models in the Standard Kit had got you confused! Does it have a rechargeable battery pack or take AA batteries? I see no mention on what it needs for batteries.

We apologize for any confusions! It requires two AA batteries which are not included to get it working.

When i scan qrcodes for video tutorials, i'm sent to your site, all in chinese. what am i supposed to do? which app do i need, makerzoid or kit?

To access the 23 video courses of the Robot Master Standard kit, please follow the steps below: (1)Tap the icon of the Standard kit in the App, then Tap “Course” in the top left. A list of video courses will pop up. (2)Tap the “Play” icon. Register the user account with your phone number or email address. (3)After the registration, please login your account. (4)Enter the course card number and password, then all the videos will be unlocked for you to watch.

5yo Grandson loves Creating & Building this hit the spot

5yo grandson loves this. STEAM projects like this are awesome to build his thinking and creative skills. He had a blast building a dinosaur and a helicopter then operating them with the tablet. For the price and all the activities it provides, this is well worth the money!

Great learning toy

The building pieces are excellent quality. The app works, but is not intuitive. It is hard to find the instructions and then coding areas for each build. I also wish that they would make it possible to run the app on at least 2 devices simultaneously. That way my kids could each be working on a different project at the same time.
