Heed, Strawberry

I like the flavor better than the lemon lime. Wish it would come in a larger size though.

I think it tastes bad. Made me gag. I found that GU gels work best for me, so I'll stick with those.

I really like this stuff, good energy without stomach issues. It is just a little expensive.

Arrived early. Is expensive but everything good for you is. Scoop included is nice

My go to sports drink for everything. I started with using only on long cycling rides, now I use it for jogging/running and weight training. I played soccer for 13 years and I have horrible shin splints and get cramps in my calves that are horribly painful. Since I started using this product a year ago (and with steady potassium supplements) I have not have a single issue with my calves. I also find that my legs dont wear out on long rides.The taste is really subtle and not strong at all like I find sugary gatorade to be. Strawberry is my favorite and I have tried two others (melon and lemon lime). I also tried OSMOS, Scratch, and enough NUUN for a small village. I appreciate the others but they don't have anything on the Hammer Heed product. Recently I have started filling half water bottle with Heed and the other half with a cran-rasberry LaCroix on 45+ mile rides. It is very refreshing and keeps the legs spinning!

No citric acid, so this electrolyte drink is safer for your teeth. Very gentle on the stomach. Uses slower burning sugars than other electrolyte drinks. It's not too sweet. If you are exercising for your heath, drink the drink that gives you what you need, and not a bunch of stuff that you don't. I have tried the mandarin and the strawberry and the strawberry is my favorite.
