Aqua Elegante Massage Shower Head With Mist - 2.5 GPM - Polished Chrome

When I moved into my apartment, the landlord had a little cheap $23 showerhead. The water pressure in this house absolutely is horrible and I felt like I was taking bird bathes. It took me forever to wash, condition and rinse everything out so I started researching showerheads. I came across this one. I didn’t even look at the price. I just looked at all of the reviews. Every single review I saw was positive so I just bought it. I got it a couple days later. I realized it was only like 20 something dollars I think. I installed it at 5 o’clock in the morning before I took my shower for work. It was easy to install and when I tell you that it was the best shower I have probably taken in my entire life I am not lying to you.!!!! The shower-head I had was 1.5 gpm (gallons per minute) When the water pressure is not good, that does not work. The gpm for this water head is 2.5 which was heaven! If you want a good shower head for crappy water pressure, this is the shower head for you! It also has like six or seven different adjustments. I like the one that is just water all over the place. My husband likes the one that massages your back!! I’m telling you go get you one, you will not regret it, and especially for the price!

It’s plastic with brass connections and as simple as installing a light bulb. Don’t think it’s flimsy due to the plastic it is well-made and high flow. It looks just as good as the expensive brand name it replaced after the renovation. Our bathroom was redone last year and they used a water-restricted shower head. It took me 15 minutes to shower and my wife 20 due to the difference in hair length , that was until today. I was in and out of the shower in 5 minutes my wife under 10 . I liked it so much I bought one for my upstairs bathroom..Its as good as any and better than most especially in the same price range. I would have given it 5 stars if I could vouch for the longevity. I replaced an original installation shower head with this a couple of weeks ago. It is a big improvement both in terms of versatility (it has three spray positions) and effectiveness. The original (7-Years) was probably a bit calcified and restricted. The water pressure here is "normal" - about 45-psi, so there was no need to remove the flow restrictor in the shower head - it produces plenty of spray without wasting water. I would buy this again and recommend it. ---------------- Getting the old shower head off may be a challenge. Don't brute-force it with a wrench - if you break, or seperate the shower neck, your whole weekend will be taken up with annoying repairs. Run some cold water through the shower for 2-3 minutes, then heat the exterior of the old shower threaded fitting with a lighter, or torch for 10-20 seconds. The contraction/expansion difference between cold interior and hot exterior will often separate the two enough for removal. Hold back on the neck as you turn the wrench in the opposite direction. Teflon tape is supplied - clean then wrap the threads of the shower neck with 3-4 turns counter to the direction of the threads and 'snug' the new shower head on.

Easy to instal, comes with Teflon tape for the thread, which is a courtesy. The pressure is a nice flow, say if you put the mist on which comes out of the center, some water drips from the bottom holes but goes away in a short moment, if it’s on mist and you turn it on, it doesn’t drip. It’s only after cycling through the different settings as you’re showering. Along with moving the shower head up and down is really smooth and easy. The massage is a nice flow of pressure, And the all around shower stream is nice as well very relaxing. After testing it and seeing the drip they offered to send me another after I was complaining about it, but after using it I told them not to send a new one. They were extremely nice about the situation. Follow the directions to remove the water restrictor and it’s easy. Which you might not need to. So remember if it’s on mist when you get out of the shower, and it’s on mist when you turn it back on, it does not drip from the bottom holes. Just as you’re showing going through the different settings. So when you put it back on mist it will dribble for a short moment then stops. It’s a light dribble, I feel like a butthead for complaining about it. Awesome shower head. Thanks and my apologies!!! Good buy!! I also like that it’s not plastic so you can give it a good crank while installing it without the worry about it cracking. Most shower heads are plastic now and crack when you instal it.

This is a nice shower head and looks sharp. I haven't tried all of the settings yet but the one I use is perfect for us. The 2.5 GPM water flow is strong. It's easy to install. The most difficult part was removing the plumbers tape used with the old shower head. I'm glad I bought this one.

I specifically bought this for the mist setting. It was either this or another one. I chose this based on the reviews and the solid metal threads which don't break as easily. I removed the flow restrictor because I like to rinse as fast as possible. This shower head throws water with pressure reminiscent of a car pressure washer, especially in the mist setting. I can really feel the pressure a few feet away at the other end of the shower, like Kramer in that episode of Seinfeld. There's always a downside, which is the narrow spray cone of probably 25 degrees. Too small to make the best use of a mist setting. Instead of rinsing your whole body in one shot, you're back to rinsing one part at a time. I suppose it'll rinse the shampoo off in a jiffy.

WONDERFUL shower head. Took only a few minutes to install it. We removed the restrictor from the the get go (we have not tried it with. This was installed in a cottage and we wanted to make sure we had top pressure). The pressure is absolutely amazing, I have thick hair and this showerhead gets the job done! There are many great settings to choose from, overall love my purchase and I highly recommend it! Very happy to have found this item!

great product and definitely good value. Looks great so far it’s working well, it has a couple of settings which was fun to try out.

Had a standard water head but the flow was weak. With this shower head, you feel the increased water pressure / volume. I use 2 or 3 modes of the 6 provided but they are great. Very easy to install. Even comes with plumber’s tape so do not have to look for mine. After install, does not leak or make noises.

Really nice for the cost. It works as expected and installed with very minimal effort. There are also easy to follow instructions to install the head and also remove the flow restriction. It would be a bit larger than average shower heads, which personally I like. It has a good area of spray depending which setting you use. As a bonus, they include teflon tape for installation.
