Overall very easy to use and to read! The only thing that we did not like was the suction! So we changed the cups and it’s all good now!

It looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. It gave my storefront a look of prestige.

Letters were super hard and painful for my fingers to get on the board... I had to use another object to press down on the letters. Also, after having this sign for a couple months, the suction cup did not stay attached to the wall therefore the sign fell and the hole on top of the board broke... now I can't even hang this up...however, I don't think I can blame the company for the suction cup falling off the glass door so I only took off one star for the painful procedure I had to go through to post the opening/closing time. The board is not easily bendable or anything so the quality was good.

This sign was a VAST improvement over our 2-sided (cracked--why we were in the market for a new sign) OPEN/CLOSED sign that hung by a single suction cup and frequently blew off our door when anyone would open it on a windy day. This sign stays put and it is nice to be able to display our hours all the time and simply flip the OPEN/CLOSED (related item we purchased) that hangs form the bottom.

It is pretty easy to place the times and days in this board. The size is perfect for my window. I did have to buy new suction cups as the ones that came with it were deformed and wouldn't create suction to any surface.

Sign itself is great. Our current one was a cheap sign and the sun wore off the days of the week. The problem is it's too great (heavy). The 2 little suction cups that come with it do not hold it go our glass window. We tried the window dry, tried the window wet. We'll probably figure out a way to hold it up with string or wire but larger suction cups would probably work too? I just don't know where to find large suction cups that would fit the holes in the sign?

Perfect for my application Highly visible and easy to read. Neat and clean lines, compact but clear. Easy to use and set up. I recommend soaking the suction cups in very hot water for a few minutes before hanging( made them supple) as they stay in place much better.

Very tedious and time consuming to set up. One of the suction cups would not hold whatsoever on the window that we wanted to put this on. I contacted the seller to see if they could send more suction cups because ours seemed faulty and they said they could not send replacement suction cups and that I would have to return the item. I had already spent nearly an hour setting up our business hours because you have to cut out each number and : signs and then jam them into a little slot. So I am pretty disappointed in this product and sellers customer service for replacement parts.

So far so good...sun hits it everyday so lets see how suction is in 6 months.

Simple design, easy to put on

Because of the other reviews about the suction cups being weak, I had a spare chain that I hooked to the top of the sign. I also got a double-sided tape on the bottom where the silver is so it's right up against the window with extra stickiness. This thing isn't going anywhere.

Just as described, be careful not to drop!
