It absolutely works for me. I can not go without it. I have tried the different ones from the same company and other brands also but none of them worked for me. I am also on bunch of other joint supplements like turmeric and ginger and omega but when I’m out of this one is the time I start to cringe with every move. Give this couple of weeks to see results. Pills are med size and easy to take. No GI problem with my sensitive stomach at all. I take 2 with breakfast. No after taste. Great quality. And honestly it’s so worth the price. Of course you might find better price other places BUT I love Amazon same day and over night shipping and auto subscriptions. One things off your mind is worth that couple of dollars. It doesn’t trigger any auto immune diseases so safe to take 2 a day. Also it doesn’t spike up sugar levels like other joint supplements. Hope this helps others and makes their lives pain free too.

I'm very happy with this and have been taking it for years. It definitely helps my knee pain. I take two tablets per day.

I take two pills at night and I have definitely noticed an improvement.. A couple of month’s back, I felt like I injured my knees with overuse walking in the park up and down inclines. It was so painful, I thought about going to an orthopedist , but was very busy and frankly didn’t want to hear “well, if you just lost weight…” A friend recommended this supplement and said she’s on her 3rd bottle and she can walk and run up stairs like she hadn’t been able to do for years! I am now two months post injury, at the start of my 2nd bottle, never saw a doctor (not recommended) but I no longer feel the need to. The pills have helped. I do recommend seeing a doctor for whatever ailment happens, but I think this supplement can be a big benefit.

I cannot attest to it's effectiveness after only a few days, but I can attest that glucosamine can help with arthritis & joint pain from using it years ago. However, I'd used it in a liquid form. I bought this product based on the claim that the pills were smaller & easier to swallow. It may, indeed, be smaller than others, but make no mistake, they are still very large "horse pills". Swallowing 2 of them, even separately, is still a challenge for me. After 3 days, I've noticed some indigestion issues that may or may not be from this product. I will continue to try to tolerate these, but I anticipate looking for a similar product in a liquid form.
