Products is fine but I had to go to a shop and get washers and a nut that were not in the box it came in.Disapointing.

Then, I came across this product, which is exactly what I needed for my purposes.- It's incredibly sturdy.- The size is larger than I anticipated, providing ample space for mounting larger bands.- It's suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.The product's actual size is larger than what the pictures might suggest, but this works perfectly for me as it ensures easy installation of the resistance bands. To give you a better perspective, I've included an image with a grapefruit placed next to the anchor.I am happy to recommend this product.

This was missing a ring that is like an O ring but overlapped and open. There were no instructions and I did not know how to install like which order do the fittings go on the screws. I did not feel safe to risk putting this up with the missing part and no instructions.If you're a good DIY-er then the metal plate itself is heavy and strong.
