Impossible to get on and off. I don't know how anyone can think it's as easy as putting on a jacket. I was flailing my arms trying to work it off my shoulders because no human arms could bend the way they need to in order to take this thing off.

This posture corrector works wonders. Before I got this, my posture was really bad that I could keep my shoulders back and back straight. After I go this product, my back has improved and my shoulders is at the position at where it's at. The first day that I wore it, it felt uncomfortable which I assume is normal for first time users, but then I got used to it, and started using it whenever I'm on the computer playing my online multiplayer game. It does take a while to adjust to your measurement, but it's easy to use if you know how to adjust it.

A little too big for my teenager, end up using it for myself.

Tell You what - don't waste your money for Inconvenient and useless thing

Initial impressions:Absolutely no instructions, what-so-ever.The straps that cross the clavicular articulation with the humerus (front of shoulder) are too narrow and end up between the joint space rather than pulling the whole shoulder back, which could lead to joint damage over time.This is NOT self adjustable, the image shown on the product page of someone doing this action is laughable. No-one but an elite yoga-ist would be able to pull and align the Velcro attachments behind their own back. Especially if you're someone who suffers from an injury or chronic poor posture.Lastly as a broad chested male 6' and 175-180# depending on the day the Velcro had to be cinched to where the ends of the straps are directly in the armpits and even worn over a shirt will inevitably lead to chafing and discomfort.2 stars instead of one due to ok build quality, that's it.

Didn't work so well for our teenager.

This is a great item for those with bad posture and back pain. I work in health care and my posture is slouched much of the time depending on the task I'm doing. If you wear it for a just a few hours a day it helps remind you to stand straighter. It helps with my back aches as well.

Overall quality was good, but this posture corrector was identical to the adult-version I purchased. Design makes it difficult to put on or take off, and near impossible to self-adjust while wearing it. The straps also dug into the front clavicle and underarm areas, even when using proper posture, making it very uncomfortable to wear.
