Q: I want to convert 60v, 6ah battery to 24v out. product title says "24v, 20a, 480w out", but detailed description says "360w" out. which is correct?

It's out 24v 20a 480w. But we do not recommend you to choose this product. The voltage of the 60v battery after fully charged will far exceed 60V. That will damage the product.

Q: What if the voltage receive is under 30v? I want to protect an inverter from getting more than 30v during solar spikes that may go to up to 34v

If the input under 30v, there will be no output. It is recommended to choose other 24v regulators.
