bad QC = useless product.

I bought this hat some time ago for future use. So, I didn't remove it from the plastic bag. I was shocked to discover that I cannot adjust the size of the hat. The strap is too large for the clasp it runs through. It must have been initially inserted by machine because now it is impossible to slide the strap through the clasp making the hat useless to me. 😠
