The quality and strength of this product last proximately two months. In the initial use of this stimulator, it provides reasonable, consistent intensity, but after about six weeks of consistent use, despite replacing batteries, the intensity of contraction is significantly weaker. I would return it if I had the opportunity however, after two months, I’m sure the return window is closed. I would not purchase is brand again.

There’s no such thing as a shortcut. This will tighten your stomach. But, do a little more research, this is stim therapy. All it does is increase the bloodflow in your muscles by sending electrical signals. Ill save you the long winded explanation and tell you that this only “helps” if you do your heavy core workouts. And at that point you’ll be seeing results anyway.IT DOES NOT BURN FAT. You do not get to choose where your body uses fat. That happens when your body uses stored nutrients, in which case your body chooses where to burn fat from. Just because you stick something on your stomach doesnt mean you burn fat there. Ab exercises build muscle on your abs, making them bigger, and they pop up through your existing fat, unless you work out enough to burn that fat.Don’t waste your time, any personal trainer, doctor, physician etc. will tell you the same. And yes, I tried myself to prove it.

Will stick on 3 to 5 days but eventually falls off. Need Velcro straps. Returned this one for ones with Velcro. Should be 1 star but I’m generous.

The lazy or busy persons way to work out. I have been using the AMS muscle toner for about two weeks now. Much more than the recommended 30 minutes per day. However, in two short weeks really seeing a layer of definition come back to my abs. I moved up the intensity quickly, you can use the arm bands on your abs to keep pushing up. 15 years ago I used to do over 1000 crunches twice a week and that base stuck around with me. Great product at agreat price, the replacement gel pads are reasonable too. I just purchased 50 for $12. You may want to get some rechargable AAA batteries for yourself as well.

First, The adhesive wouldn’t stick since the first use. It’s funny how they advertise this product — the people working out with the stimulator. There’s no way you can do anything with this product but hold it in place against the muscle group you’re trying to stimulate because if you don’t it falls. Second, one of the 3 battery pack came defective and third, the whole right side of the ab stimulator doesn’t work as the right side does. Not worth the buy. Spend $50 more to get a better one
