Does this pillow have a chemical smell?

I've had these pillows for one month and they still smell like chemicals. I can't use these. How do I get a refund?

Does it stay cold throughout the night? And how cold would you say it gets?

From my experience it's hit or miss. For some reason it varies depending on the night. Some nights it is cool and others it is just like a normal pillow. It gets about as cold as the flip side of a normal pillow.

I had the one from comfort revolution that i got in costco years ago and i love it but need to replace. will this one be a good alternative?

I also got that pillow YEARS ago!! Like around 10 years ago and I have spent the last 4 years trying to replace it! My dog when she was a puppy bit it! It started leaking the gel! I covered it with tape! I am tiered of buying pillows and NOTHING is like "that" pillow, Not even the new version from Comfort Revolution! Did you buy this one? Is it as thick and supportive? I'm looking at the pics and this one is so much closer in looks than any of the others I've tried!

Yes it can be used as a seat cushion. It is not very dense but it is very soft
