I have been making my own herbal capsules for a while now first with a small 24 00 Cap machine and then I got a big one 50 000 Cap machine and create a Ziploc bag of Powdered Garlic, Ginger, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Cayenne and Black Pepper and then capping them.

I thought I would make things easier on myself when I found I could order capsules already separated, ready to fill. I was wrong. I counted at the end and I had a 33% fail rate. My setup, the green trays, will make 100 capsules at a time. I have been making my own capsules for about 8 years. I use it for MSM, which if anyone takes it they know it can be rather bitter. I will go back to buying them as one unit and separate them myself. I never had this kind of issue before. the photo of the single capsule top is fairly representative of the whole. Too many of them are pinched together and no matter what I tried I could not get them to open sufficiently to make them work. The photo with the peach towel shows the mess I had at the end. Their is one photo that shows a capsule that looks like an elbow joint. That's because not only was the top pinched together, but it split as it came into contact with the filled bottom.I do not recommend this product.

This is my second time purchasing these. They come separated (tops from bottoms), which saves a lot of time. They were packaged securely, they work as advertised and they arrived in a timely manner. When or if I need more, I would not hesitate to order them again.

Exactly what it says it is. Very good 000 capsules.

Several of my family members use these capsules with the capsule maker for magnesium, c, etc. to avoid the extra additives added to most capsules. Or if you find a brand without additives/fillers, they are expensive. We have had great results with these capsules. It works great to have the separate bags. We order the 1,000 pack - so can't speak for the other amounts - but we're happy with them.

I make some homemade herb'spice capsules to get the health benefits of the herbs/spices every day without having to try to cook with those herbs/spices everyday. I grind the herbs/spices then use a capsule making machine to assemble my capsules. The 000 size of these capsules is nice because I can fit a good amount into them (I have no problem taking large pills). The capsules fit together nicely and stay together once assembled, which is a huge plus - so annoying when the capsules will not fit together correctly or come apart after filling! The fact that the tops and bottoms are in separate bags makes it easier/faster when it is time to load the capsule machine, too. The empty capsules have no smell or taste. I like this product and recommend it to anyone else out there who makes their own capsules.

The bodies of these capsules were all fine but I had to discard approx 1/3 of the caps because they were crushed and subsequently couldn’t be used. Now I have several bodies that I’ll just throw away. I thought these would save me the time from needing to separate them but I’d rather separate than throw 1/3 of them away!
