It's my first time owning something like this and it works well for my needs. It does a good job getting the liquids up and fast, but you do need to stop early because this does suck up a bit past your intended ml otherwise. By this I mean if you want 10ml of liquid, and you try to stop at 10ml, I find it goes a bit past it. Besides that, it does what it needs to.

User-Friendly Despite its techy prowess, it's surprisingly intuitive. I was up and pipetting in no time, and so was our intern – it's that easy! Lab Lingo Just the other day, I had a marathon sample preparation session. And guess what? Thanks to this electric pipettor, not only did I finish ahead of schedule, but I also didn't end the day with a wrist that felt like it went through a wringer. In essence, if there were an Oscars for lab equipment, this Electric Pipette Controller would be sweeping up all the awards. For accuracy, efficiency, and downright ease, it’s the MVP of my lab kit!

I have no complaints from an afternoon’s use, but don’t expect it to be as good as the much more expensive workhorse pipettors out there. Saying that, this is a great student model and I experienced no issues. Could even be great as a lab “back-up”.

This electric pipette controller has proven to be a reliable and efficient tool for me. I have used it for six three-hour sessions without any issues. While there have been complaints from other reviewers about its durability, considering its build quality and the fact that it costs $145 at the time of this review, this is not a big surprise. It's a significant discount compared to other well-known electric pipette brands. Additionally, both Amazon and the manufacturer offer promising warranty support, so presumably any potential future problems can be resolved. If you are in need of an electric pipette, I highly recommend purchasing one. If you are still considering, go ahead and try it out without investing $900 in a high-end brand. Overall, I'm giving it five stars because the build quality seems satisfactory FOR THIS price point, and I have yet to encounter any issues myself. I will update my review if it ever fails or if I need a replacement. But for now, it deserves a solid five-star rating as it performs well.

I know the price spread on these is pretty wide depending as with many other items on brand names, quality, durability, precision, features, etc. For me with occasional limited use for specific color dyes into resins for repeatable color results this worked just fine. Yet I understand that many people who use any item for long demanding hours or mission critical short work requiring only the best tools of their trade this may not be their first or best choice. But I found it easy to work with and for my needs it should last me a long time. But if it doesn’t, a replacement will still be far less expensive than buying very pricey top of the line units made for heavy continuous usage.

The Pipettors stopped working after 2 weeks. I have been working in this industry for over 25 years and have used many other models that lasted for years but to my surprise this electronic Pipettor worked for 2 weeks. Very disappointed

This electronic large volume pipette is perfect when you are working with samples that need to be treated very carefully and avoid cross-contamination with the bench. This allows you to attach a disposable pipette, draw your sample, dispenser sample , all without touching the bench. This particular model comes with a couple extra filters which are shown in the photographs and I am so pleased that it is rechargeable. No wasting batteries. This thing will keep you in the lab and keep you green.!

I like this pipette. It has a nice grip and accurate suction. The suction speed is even adjustable, that ensures the convenience while transferring solutions in my tissue culture room. It comes with all needed parts and accessories. It sends durable and quiet. Overall, I am satisfied.
