hard to remove and always getting stuck does anyone have a suggestion on how to remove this cable from the ports?

Get a better cable. I have had mixed results with Amazon cables. With that said, depending on the use of the cable, you may not want the cable to come out easily. Additionally pay attention to the connector plug itself. There are a couple of types. There are videos on YouTube that show how to deal with hard to unplug connectors

they are of great quality, I bought lots of them, only issue is taking these out of a port sometimes is hard because the clip/cover that you need to push to take out is very slippery and you need to actually look at it to make sure you are holding it right. otherwise, I really recommend them
