Great little addition to your AD2 or AD3. For audio impedance analyzers you can use a sound card plus some simple hardware. The speaker folks do this. AD3 allows all that, plus frequencies up to about 20MHz. It works from low audio frequencies up to about 10-20MHz. Great for measuring capacitors, inductors, transformers, speakers,.... It can show impedance up to and past L-C resonances. In the past this capability would cost you many $K, be a large machine, and not have the nice plotting and storage capability. The Waveforms software worked perfectly with it. You can calibrate to get more precise readings, or not. Great addition to my low-cost EE toolkit. It's 2 terminal, not 4 terminal Kelvin. But good enough for most work, and you can calibrate out the test leads.
