Does this work? HELL TO THE YES! I found myself facing horrible eating habits that I just wanted to get rid of and re-start my system. What better way to "restart" your body than with a cleanse right?! Well, I work 72 hours a week so I was a little concerned about 1) getting enough nutrients to function and 2) aint got time to spend an entire day by the toilet. So finding the right cleanse was a little difficult. There were ones with crazy restrictions and then there were some that slowly killed my soul. Thankfully I came across all the positive reviews on this one and they weren't kidding! Super glad I took the chance and purchased this. BEFORE: My eating habits suck, I'm super irregular (once a day/once every other day IF I"M LUCKY), and I have this thing where I refuse to fully accept the fact that I'm lactose intolerant sooooo most of my days are spent bloated. NOW: I'm at a steady 1-2x daily and it motivated me to change my eating habits all together. Who would have known that feeling unbloated (i guess people just call that "normal") would feel so great?! NOW knowing how great it feels...I think twice before asking for cheese or grabbing that glass of milk lol My adventure: Day 1 (4/29): I decided to take it at night. The bottle says that it activates in 6-12 hours (or was it 8-12?...idk) So I figured I'd rather lose sleep than lose work. Well, I'm glad I did that because the first night it woke me up on the 8 hour mark. After doing my business I went back to sleep and it woke me up again in 4 hours. Did my business again and took an hour nap before accepting the fact that it was time to get up to go to work. I did my business one more time right before walking out of the house (which was about 1 hour after) just to be safe. Well, no issues during the day. I got home at 10pm, did my business, and slept. Day 2: Ya'll...I forgot...aint even ganna lie! Day 3: I took it at a different hour thinking I could somehow avoid being late in the morning in case of an extra wake up call. Well, to my surprise THIS time it was activated sooner/quicker and it lasted a lot longer. My cramping got really bad but...well...this broad didn't calculate her pms correctly so I had that going for me...wooo. Ended up missing work. Day 4: Hell yeah I continued to take it! Wasn't raised a quitter and I mean come on....I survived and made it this far. Why quit?! Not going to lie, I was cramping pretty bad and massive uncomfortable bubble guts. I'll be real with you though....it was my fault....i had a CHEESEburger. I'll never learn... Day 5: May or may not have gotten home too late to take it...damn friends and socializing...and beeeer....and cheese fries smdh Day 6 aka last night: ZERO cramping, ZERO bubble guts, ZERO bloat, ZERO issues. Went to the bathroom once this morning and that was it. I feel REALLY good. All those uncomfortable feelings I had are gone. Things about me prior to and during cleanse: I take daily vitamins, religiously take veggie shakes for extra nutrients, and consume about 1.5 gallons of water a day. I read that water is essential for this cleanse. So make sure to drink up buttercup!! I plan on doing this for the 10 day limit they recommend before weighing myself to see if that's changed at all so I'll be back to update this post! In the meantime, if you're debating getting this...DO IT! BUY IT! I SOOOOO RECOMMEND IT! Oh and about the taste/smell...its earthy/herby. I mix mine in water and had no qualms with it. GUESS WHO'S BACK FOR HER UPDATE?!?!? DISBISH! So, days 7 through 10 were a freakin walk in the park! Any and all uncomfortable feeling went away. I then also tried taking it for just ONE day after a couple days break...not even the slightest cramp. Surprised and pleased to say the least. Its 05/19 now; I'm ganna be real with you...I thought that maybe (just like everything else in this world) the good effects would disappear once I stopped taking this HOWEVER.....*whispers* it didn't O.O ....YEP thats right, this thing may have regulated me for the long run! Also, I dropped 3lbs. Now, I didn't buy/consume this for weight loss so its a brownie point I honestly wasn't expecting. I don't believe this claims to be a weight loss supplement soooo simmer down on that thought process lol In conclusion...this thing is glorious.

Works. Same day! Works within hours, don't make plans, it's really that good. Better than anything else I have ever tried! I'm afraid if I take it for the whole 10 days I'll poop myself inside out! A great rescue option going forward for sure!

5 stars for working , one star for taste. It has a slimy consistency if boiled. But I can’t drink it straight. I have found mixing it with rice and beans and some spices really helps. It works. Make sure you are close to a toilet or a bucket and buy some dude wipes.

This really cleans me out! I initially did not know how my body would react or respond to this product, so I take it “once” a day, before bedtime. I was too afraid to take it in the morning and have to make multiple trips to the bathroom during the day time while I’m at work. So far, and thankfully, my sleep hasn’t been disrupted when I take this product before bedtime, I figure I’ll be asleep, so my body would be at rest also. I haven’t need to wake up in the middle of the evening to go. However, in the morning when I wake up, is when I go for the first time, and sometimes, multiple times throughout the day. This is why I stick to my strategy and plan, to take it in the evening before bedtime. It’s fairly easy to mix and mixed well in warm water or juice. It has a potent taste and smell, so it’s better to mixed it in a drink or your juice, so the flavor isn’t as off-putting. Mixed very well. I am generally a very healthy individual who rarely get sick or have any gut or digestive issue either. I also eat quite healthy. However, I was hoping to give this product a try, to clean out my colon or any potential toxins that may linger inside our bodies. I primarily only take this once a day/night. For those who potentially need a more thorough cleansing, can probably take it once or twice. I personally find this product to be effective and bearable, when taken as directed.

I make a smoothie using apple juice as the base with frozen pineapples and banana and OMG! Poop within 3 hours. It works for me! Only requires one dose unless you're extremely constipated. Drink plenty water after or with it.

Colon Cleanse is right I was pooping for 2 days, Works great clean those old rusty pipes out. Youll be a couple pounds lighter.

My wife and I are typical diet during the day, except for one difference in what we ingested. That difference was that I ingested the Colon Cleanse but my wife did not. During the night, I developed severe stomach pains along with diarrhea and vomiting. My wife slept soundly and had no symptoms during the night. Amazon didn't allow a refund so I went directly to HEALTH PLUS SUPER COLON CLEANSE. I was asked to send back the product before they could issue a refund. UPS showed up in a day or two unannounced and I had to rush to put the product in a box so UPS could put a label on it. The UPS driver was kind enough to wait. After confirming that the product was received on 04/23/2024 by HEALTH PLUS, I wrote and asked why I hadn't received a refund. Mind you I complained to HEALTH PLUS on 4/10/2024 after taking their product on 4/09/24. We are now at May 1, 2024 and I finally had to contact HEALTH PLUS again to ask about my refund. Then said they would like me to submit to a 20 minutes question and answer over the phone. When I said I don't have time for that, they said that is okay but they need the Amazon order number in order to process the refund. I can only think of a few times when I previously had such poor customer service and gotten the run around. I ultimately told HEALTH PLUS that if they don't want to send my $19.08 back, they obviously need it more than I do. Then I was told they were definitely going to send a refund but they would send the refund minus shipping so instead of $19.08 I could expect $17 and change. What a joke. I would never purchase another item from this company. If I don't receive the refund, I will update this review and let you know.

It works well as a gentle cleanser and the positive effects after usage linger for several weeks. I just wish it tasted better. Have to stop myself from gagging as I guzzle it down. Tastes like expired broccoli.
