Do the unicorn outfits come off the babies so you can change outfits?

No, the outfits do not come off.

Why did I only received two dolls in the three pack?

I only received two of three dolls in my package, as well... TWICE!

Could this be separated for 3 girls? I want to buy these 3 dolls for my nieces of different families.

Yes, they can definitely be separated. All three come in one box individually wrapped in plastic. I bought them thinking they were a little bigger (are 9 inch dolls) but worth it because so cute.

Do they make any sounds?

No just cute babies with soft bodies.
