very good and gentle and does the job after like 3 days of use . one minor issue I had is that it is dehydrating ,,,so you need to drink at least 2.5 l of water throughout the day. ممتاز للي عنده قولون وامساك تحتاج تشرب معاه لترين ماي عالاقل في اليوم لانه يسحب السوائل من الجسم ويدفها للقولون ما يسبب مغص او اوسهال وامن تقدر تستخدمه فترة طويلة
