Very happy with this Stevia ! A little goes a long way. I use it in my tea and coffee along with monk fruit and it works great. No aftertaste and it dissolves in hot or cold drinks. A 5 star for this!

If you’re used to pure Stevia extract, then you’ll understand that this is 300Xs sweeter than sugar, no joke! This purchase of pure Stevia extract was a first for me. Here’s what I learned and observed:Tip 1 — It’s recommended that 1/8th a Tbsp is equal to 1Tbsp of sugar. I honestly believe it’s more like 1/10th stevia to 1 Tbsp of sugar, so use even less than what online conversion charts may list.Tip 2 — Using too much will ruin your drink because its extreme sweetness will over power a drink in this case. Measure out to taste in gradual increments until you build the sweetness you desire — take note.Tip 3 — This isn’t like the big bags you buy at the grocery store that claim it measures cup for cup like sugar. That stevia is mixed with other ingredients to reduce the sweetness of stevia and to make it more like sugar in sweetness. This pure stevia extract is much more powerful in sweetness but also doesn’t have the bitter aftertaste I find with those big bags mentioned above.Tip 4 — Pure stevia extract has claims related to it that say it supports your immune system because it’s apparently rich in antioxidants. It’s also great for diabetics, but there are claims it may interfere with certain medications in a similar way that grapefruit will. (I’m NOT a doctor or nutritionist.)Tip 5— this bag will last you a while, so don’t feel like you’re getting price gouged by its seemingly high price to volume ratio. Because of its density in sweetness, it will go a long way if you follow my tips.Final results for me:I’m finding it difficult to use although I’m getting better at measuring it out based on my taste. It’s just so easy to over use when sweetening products. I find this a little frustrating, but it’s more user error and having constant discipline, patience, and a keen eye on consistency when using it as a sweetener. I use a baby sized spoon for my measurements.

Wish it was organic, but it has good flavor & decent price tag.

Me gusta esta stevia y es pura,pero en mi opinion es un poco fuerte,no me gustan las bebida tan dulces y todavia no he sabido ponerle la cantidad adecuada para q no me sepa tan dulce,le pongo solo un poquito(y me refiero a la puntica de una cucharadita) y parece q le he agregado como 3 cucharadas grandes y la verdad no me gusta tan dulce,pero en general muy buen producto,pedi tambien liquido,ojala y en el liquido el dulce no sea tan exagerado,lo q si opino q sea bueno para hacer postres,y aun asi le echaria solo un poquito

I use stevia all the timeI prefer powdered as this isIt mixes well in any drinks and when mixed with powdered cocoa unsweetened and with other ingredients to make a chocolate candy for oneIt dissolves well and I microwave it for 30 sec works wonderfulI use in coffee and other beveragesI find it has no after tasteGreat price, but is only 3.5 OzI buy 2 to make sure it lasts for a month

Great product!

Amazon is getting disappointing as there are no filters to separate by origin of country. No where did it disclose that this costly Stevia was Made in China. Why would I purchase food products from a foreign country unless the product was exclusive to a region such as champagne from Champsgne, France, sugarcane from HI, and so forth? At the least if it was produced locally in the usa, there are stringent mfg. guidelines. I feel swindled by Amazon vendors who do not fully disclose product details including origin.
