I had owned a set of 3 thin plastic cutting mats. They were fine until I bought a new set of higher-quality knives. On the first cut of a tomato, the blade of the knife penetrated all the way through to my kitchen countertop. So, I saw this set of thicker, and supposedly more durable plastic cutting mats and decided to try them. I loved the thickness of them right away, and they are a breeze to clean. I buy artisanal breads for their dense, moist characteristics. They are more difficult to slice because of the thick crusts and density. As I made the first slice with my brand new bread knife, I could feel the knife cutting into the mat. The cut in no way went through the entire thickness of the cutting mat; it was just a superficial cut. As much as I have, by now, used this mat and knife for cutting bread, not one cut has cut through the middle of it all the way to the counter. Each mat is a different color, and there are white impressions in the corner of each mat to designate that one mat is for produce - another mat that gets daily abuse and remained relatively intact - another for bread, another for meat, etc, which serves as a reminder to not cross-contaminate foods. Clean up with a warm, soapy water and a microfiber sponge, and rinse off. It is such a joy to not have to scrub your fingers to the bone to thoroughly clean and sanitize them! I have nothing bad to say about these cutting mats! I use at least 2 to 4 mats each day. They don't take up a lot of space in a drawer or if you choose to hang them on a wall. I highly recommend these for their abilities to withstand very sharp knives, keep foods separate, and ease of cleaning. I choose to handwash mine, so I don't honestly know how they'd fare in the dishwasher. This was a satisfying purchase.

Good colors. Easy to clean. Okay price.

Moved in with my daughter who rarely cooked and this one of the first purchases. Takes up little space and does a great job. Like that food groups have their own mat. Looks like they will stand up well.

Love how easy they are to throw in dishwasher and throw on your counter when needed. They take up zero space!

This was a gift. Item arrived quickly and in good condition. They seem to be well made and I like that they have opening on one corner so you can hand them up.

Fantastic cutting boards. Easy to use easy to clean and very colorful. Very easy to see which cutting board is for which type of food so you don't cross contaminate. I definitely would buy them again and I definitely would recommend them.

Love having the labels, but my knives made deep cuts very quickly.

These are great mats and we really like the different colours to identify using the mats for different things egg fish, chicken, meat, vegetables etc. I especially like their quality which is quite thick and they can be washed in the dishwasher. I recommend this product and I hope this review helps someone else.

Good product, very good size

No more yucky chopping boards with stains and trying to find the right sized one, these are fantastic!! Easy to use and clean and they don’t slip and slide all over the bench. Love that they have the pictures for different uses as I’m very picky with only one being used for chicken so now nobody not even my teenage boy can use the wrong one!! Dishwasher safe and easy to store!!
